  • Patent number: 6800384
Abstract: A synthetic resin leather comprising a substrate at least one surface of which is arranged with a synthetic resin layer, wherein said synthetic resin layer contains 1 to 70 weight parts of bridged polyalkylene oxide to 100 weight parts of synthetic resin. As the synthetic resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, acrylic soft resin, mixed resin composed of 50-95 wt. % of thermoplastic polyurethane and 50-5 wt. % of acrylic soft resin, copolymer of polyester resin or polyolefin resin can be used. A surface coating layer containing powder of natural organic substance can be arranged over the surface of synthetic resin layer of said synthetic resin leather. As the powder of natural organic substance, collagen can be desirably used. Further, on the surface of the synthetic resin leather, it is desirable to mark a pattern and to make the height of convex part of the pattern higher than 0.05 mm.

  • Patent number: 6643729
Abstract: A shuffling table memory has a shuffling table written from an external memory through a path. The external memory stores a plurality of shuffling tables corresponding to the formats of video data to be shuffled. One shuffling table selected according to the result of format determination is stored in the shuffling table memory. The shuffling table memory receives an IDi separated from the input data as an address and outputs a converted address IDo. The address IDo generated by the shuffling table memory is used as a write address for writing data into a data-accumulation memory. With the read address sequentially changing, shuffled data is read from the data accumulation memory.

  • Patent number: 6590297
Abstract: Development efficiency and mass production efficiency of a semiconductor chip (LSI) is improved, whereby the LSI on which an integrated circuit is formed has plural pad parts connecting the integrated circuit with an external circuit. The pad part is provided with a first junction consisting of a window formed in the protective film and the pad exposed from the window, and a second junction consisting of a window formed in the protective film and a bump deposited on the pad exposed from the window. When it is required that the LSI is to be connected with an external circuit by wire bonding, the first junction is connected with the external circuit using a wire. When it is required to connect the LSI with an external circuit by the TAB method or the COG method, the second junction is directly connected to the external circuit.

  • Patent number: 6480234
Abstract: This invention enables coded audio data to be reliably decoded even if an audio signal coded in blocks not in synchronism with the frames or fields of a video signal is decoded on the basis of these frames of fields. By filling an integral number of coded audio blocks in the period of time corresponding to one frame or field of the video signal, this invention forms an array of coded audio blocks in synchronism with the frames or fields of the video signal before transmission. This avoids separating a coded block in transmitted data at a frame or field boundary, and enables the coded audio data to be reliably decoded so as to prevent the occurrence of a period of time in which decoded data is missing even if a switching operation is carried out on the basis of the frames or fields of the video signal.

  • Patent number: 6444099
Abstract: To form a film by ionized sputtering with good bottom coverage for holes with a high aspect ratio, and to simplify the structure inside and out of the sputter chamber, a target 2 is provided inside a sputter chamber 1 equipped with an exhaust system 11 and is sputtered by a sputtering power source 3. The released sputter particles are made to arrive at a substrate 50 to form a film. The sputtering power source 3 sends electric power of at least 5 W/cm2 to a target 2, and the sputter particles are ionized in a plasma formed by this electric power alone. A cylindrical shield 6 may be provided between the target 2 and the substrate holder 5 to restrict the plasma formation space, and an electric field establishment means 8 may set up an electric field for extracting the ionized sputter particles from the plasma P and directing them at the substrate 50.

  • Patent number: 6088513
Abstract: At a data output apparatus side, raster image information, which is obtained by means of performing an exclusive OR operation between raster image information on the preceding line and raster image information on the current line, is compression-processed in a raster direction and then transmitted to a data processing apparatus. In the data processing apparatus, the received image information is expansion-processed, an exclusive OR operation between image information after the expansion and image information on the preceding line is carried out, and a processing for recording and the like is performed taking the thus obtained information as the raster image information on the current line. Thus it is possible to provide a higher compression rate of the image information with a simple processing and to improve a processing speed.
