Abstract: An improved vehicle roof structure forming part of a vehicle body of a passenger car or the like, comprising a plurality of listing wires each having at least one end portion anchored by means of an anchor to one of spaced, parallel marginal portions of a roof panel. The anchor includes a bored portion formed with an axial bore which is open at one end of the bored portion and which has one end portion of the listing wire fitted thereinto, an abutment portion formed at the other end of the bored portion in abutting engagement with the marginal portion, a non-circular portion disposed adjacent to the abutment portion and having a non-circular cross section shaped substantially in conformity to and in mating engagement with the opening, and a projecting portion protruding from the non-circular portion.
