    Abstract: A seal plate is installed for sealing tightly an exhaust hole provided to a glass substrate of the back side of a PDP (flat display panel). The air is directly exhausted from internal spaces via the exhaust hole and gas is sealed into an enclosure. In a plasma display panel with a structure in which a glass substrate on the display surface side and a glass substrate on the rear side are adhered so as to be hermetically bonded by sealing layers through partitions and a gas is introduced into the space between the two glass substrates, an evacuation and gas charging hole is formed in one of the glass substrates and crystalline glass powder of a low melting point is molded into a predetermined shape and is baked, thereby seal bonding the chip tube into the evacuation and gas introducing hole.

In other words, an optical recording medium according to the present invention is provided with a light reflective film covering an information signal recorded surface of a transparent synthetic resin plate, wherein the light reflective film is formed in a vacuum by means of a vapor deposition process of an aluminum metal alloy containing at least one of 0.05-0.2 wt.
