  • Patent number: 6673317
Abstract: In order to provide an automatic testing apparatus with improved reliability of test results, capable of conducting automatically such operations as sterile testing, microorganism limit testing, insoluble particulate measurement testing, divided portion testing for chemical analysis and chemical reaction testing, etc., and capable of accommodating changes in the specimen or the test container with each sample as well as changes in operating procedures with each sample so as to eliminate the possibility of human error and prevent contamination of the operating environment by human hands, the automatic testing apparatus of the present invention prepares a sample by mounting a set of various pieces of equipment including the specimen or test containers required to be changed with every sample atop a same work base and providing that work base as a unit to within the operating range of a robot, with the robot then handling the various pieces of equipment atop the work base to prepare the sample.

  • Patent number: 6513712
Abstract: By use of a terminal equipment on the side of a purchaser, designation information designating the order in which respective shipping products are to be mounted on a delivery pallet, is transmitted to a terminal equipment on the side of a supplier via a communications line. Upon receiving the designation information, the terminal equipment on the side of the supplier converts the designation information as received into colored partition information by the kind of the respective shipping products, and fixes a form on which the colored partition information after the conversion is color-printed by a color printer to a predetermined spot of the delivery pallet.

  • Patent number: 4367202
Abstract: A centrifugal counter-flow liquid container contactor in which a light liquid and a heavy liquid are introduced into a rotary body fixed to a rotary shaft from the outer peripheral portion and the inner peripheral portion of the rotary body, respectively, so that the light liquid and heavy liquid make counter-flow contact with each other and, after the contact, the light liquid and heavy liquid are discharged from the inner peripheral portion and outer peripheral portion of the rotary body. Disc-shaped partition plates are disposed at both sides of radially extending pipes within the rotary body such as a light liquid introduction pipe, heavy liquid discharging pipe and so forth inserted into the rotary body, so as to separate these radial pipes from the region where the light and heavy liquids are mixed with each other.
