Publication number: 20020183872Abstract: A golf site administration system allows elimination of golf site personnel involved in making player reservations, receiving payments, and ordering foodstuffs. A terminal allows a player to request and reserve golf play at a golf site via a communication circuit. A reservation signal is stored in a reservation storing means. The player checks in before play using an input means. A set of check-in information is compared with the stored reservation signal. If the information matches, check-in is performed.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 29, 2002Publication date: December 5, 2002Applicant: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazuhisa Matsumoto, Koji Morimoto, Takehiko Takimoto, Toshihiko Ogaki, Kazuhiro Matsuoka, Tomoaki Uenishi, Ichiro Yamakawa, Masaru Hattori

Patent number: 5762858Abstract: A process for producing a muffler hose having opposite ends, an intermediate portion having a noise-reducing communication hole, and a noise-reducing expansion chamber. The process includes the steps of fitting a protector at the opposite ends of the hose, and disposing the hose and the protectors in a separable blow-molding mold having a jaw; extruding a tubular parison around the hose and the protectors, closing the blow-molding mold, reducing the parison diametrically at two axially-apart positions by the jaw, clamping the parison around the hose at two axially-opposite positions of the hose, the two axially-opposite positions being intervened by the communication hole, and placing the opposite ends of the parison around the protectors; and blowing air into the parison through one of the protectors, and the communication hole of the hose to expand the parison, thereby forming the expansion chamber.Type: GrantFiled: February 2, 1996Date of Patent: June 9, 1998Assignee: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd.Inventors: Ituro Maeda, Joji Kasugai, Hidetoshi Ishihara, Masaru Hattori

Patent number: 5139347Abstract: End caps made from synthetic resin are respectively joined to opposite ends of a slider main body of a linear guide apparatus. Each end cap having a substantially inverted U-shape has a joining end surface formed with curved passages to bring ball rolling grooves of the slider main body into communication with each other to form circulating passages. A feed oil groove is also formed in the joining end surface of the end cap to supply lubricating oil to the curved passages. In order to prevent leakage of the lubricating oil from a minute gap between the joining end surfaces of the end cap and the slider main body, a band-shaped protrusion having two parallel ridges is formed along a peripheral edge of the joining end surface of the end cap. The band-shaped protrusion is elastically deformed by a clamping force when the end cap is joined to the slider main body by fixing screws such that the minute gap between the end cap and the slider main body is filled with the deformed band-shaped protrusion.Type: GrantFiled: May 16, 1991Date of Patent: August 18, 1992Assignee: Nippon Seiko Kabushiki KaishaInventor: Masaru Hattori

Patent number: 5085522Abstract: In a miniature linear guide apparatus, a return guide main body fitting groove which crosses a curved path is formed in a joining end surface of each end cap. A return guide attaching portion fitting groove which extends upwardly from the return guide main body fitting groove is formed in each end cap. A return guide consisting of a return guide main body and a return guide attaching portion formed co-axially with the return guide main body are respectively fitted into the return guide main body fitting groove and the return guide attaching portion fitting groove with a tight fit.Type: GrantFiled: August 5, 1991Date of Patent: February 4, 1992Assignee: NSK Ltd.Inventors: Masaru Hattori, Toru Tsukada

Patent number: 4963038Abstract: A dust seal attached to each of the end caps of a slider main body is sandwiched at the front and rear surfaces by an outer protector and an inner protector. Each of the outer and inner protectors has a substantially similar shape to the shape of the dust seal. The outer protector is attached to the front surface of the dust seal interposing a spacer to form a gap therebetween to thereby prevent conduction of heat from the outer protector to the dust seal when weld sputters are adhered to the outer protector. The inner protector is closely in contact with the rear surface of the dust seal to form a backup member.Type: GrantFiled: September 18, 1989Date of Patent: October 16, 1990Assignee: Nippon Seiko Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Yoshio Asano, Masaru Hattori
