  • Publication number: 20190084057
Abstract: A sealing surface processing machine cuts an attachment surface of a seal member in a valve main body. The machine includes a pedestal attached to the valve main body; a main body movably supported on the pedestal; a tool holder configured to hold a tool for processing the attachment surface; a rotating part configured to rotate the tool holder around an axis parallel to a movement direction of a valve body; a first moving part configured to move the tool holder along a first direction along which the valve body moves; a second moving part configured to move the tool holder along a second direction intersecting with the movement direction of the valve body; a first adjustment device configured to adjust a position of the main body in the first direction; and a second adjustment device configured to adjust a position of the main body in the second direction.

  • Publication number: 20120144938
Abstract: Inspection units have moving parts such as XY-movement stage mechanisms and high-speed rotation mechanisms for inspecting the entire surfaces of substrates, and it is difficult for fan filter units (FFUs) to completely remove all foreign materials. The provided inspection device has: a fan filter unit divided into a plurality of regions; an exhaust unit, divided into a plurality of regions, for getting rid of air from the fan filter unit; and a transfer system disposed between the fan filter unit and the exhaust unit. The chief characteristic of the provided inspection device is that the flow rate in some of the regions of the fan filter unit and the flow rate in some of the regions of the exhaust unit are controlled in accordance with the operations of the transfer system.

  • Patent number: 5294984
Abstract: A video signal processing system improves the image quality displayed in a CRT or printed by a video printer. In order to produce natural and fine video signals, pixel data corresponding to an intermediate position between two neighboring pixels, are produced from pixel data of the neighboring two pixels. The pixel data corresponding to the intermediate position is produced by a convolution operation with respect to the pixel data of the two neighboring pixels and a quantized value of an impulse response signal.

  • Patent number: 5124939
Abstract: A signal modification circuit receives an input signal and produces an output having a modified characteristic. When the signal modification circuit is embodied in an audio circuit receiving an analog audio signal having a first variant level at its input, the audio circuit produces an output signal having a second variant level in which a frequency characteristic in a high frequency range is modified so that the second variant level decreases in accordance with a function of l/fm (f being frequency and m being an integer determined depending upon the nature of the audio signal) relative to the first variant level while being trapped in selected discrete frequencies. For this purpose a combination of a low-pass filter and a plurality of trap filters connected in series with one another, or a combination of a low-pass filter and a plurality of band-pass filters connected in parallel to one another.
