    Abstract: A combined analyzing apparatus includes (i) a front end unit including a photoacoustic spectroscope that takes a gas sample inside and analyzes the gas sample by a photoacoustic spectroscopy, (ii) a light analyzing apparatus that takes the analyzed gas sample inside and analyzes the gas sample based on a change of light which is transmitted through the gas sample, and (iii) a mass analyzing apparatus that further takes the analyzed gas sample inside and analyzes a mass of an ingredient of the gas sample.
