  • Patent number: 11001271
Abstract: Provided is a drive assistance device for a self-driving car with which drive assistance is less liable to be deactivated, even if an abnormality of a monitoring device for monitoring a state of a driver occurs. A device checking ECU checks whether a plurality of monitoring devices for monitoring the state of the driver are normal or abnormal. On the basis of the check result, an assistance degree determination unit (function availability determination unit) determines a use degree (availability) of a plurality of drive assistance functions (ACC function, LKAS function, and ALC function) including an ACC function. Drive assistance effected by a vehicle with respect to the driver is therefore less liable to be deactivated.

  • Patent number: 9176515
Abstract: An accelerator pedal reaction force control device for controlling a depression reaction force of an accelerator pedal provided to a motor vehicle, the control device including: a reaction force actuator that provides the accelerator pedal with a depression reaction force; a target reaction force setting unit that sets a target depression reaction force; and a vehicle speed maintenance depression amount setting unit that sets an amount of depression of the accelerator pedal for maintaining a current vehicle speed as a vehicle speed maintenance depression amount, wherein, when a pedal depression amount exceeds the vehicle speed maintenance depression amount, the target reaction force setting unit performs a cruize assist whereby the target depression reaction force is set to a value of a cruize assist depression reaction force.

  • Patent number: 7404487
Abstract: The present invention relates to a commodity package, comprising a hanging member that has a hole for hanging, and a holding body for holding an article. The holding body has a first cutting portion for separating a first recess and the upper part of a first brim portion from each other, and a second cutting portion for separating a second recess and the upper part of a second brim portion from each other. The hanging member has a third cutting portion for separating the upper part and the lower part thereof from each other. The first, second and third cutting portions are provided at different heights. This makes it possible for the commodity package, when hung, to maintain favorable balance and obtain sufficient intensity.
