  • Publication number: 20230318373
Abstract: According to an embodiment, an embedded magnet rotor comprises: a rotor shaft, a rotor core having permanent magnet housing spaces; and flat plate-shaped permanent magnets. Permanent magnet housing spaces each extend more radially outward than a position where the permanent magnet is held by a magnet holding outer projection and each have a communication opening communicating with a gap space. A radial thickness of each of the two chips sandwiching the communication opening and a circumferential width of the communication opening are in such a dimensional relation as to prevent a fragment produced by break of the permanent magnet from protruding from the communication opening and coming into contact with the stator.

  • Publication number: 20230318379
Abstract: According to an embodiment, an embedded magnet rotor comprises a rotor shaft, a rotor core, permanent magnets and two end plates. The rotor core has electromagnetic steel sheets laminated axially, and two permanent magnet housing holes formed in a radially outer portion of the rotor core and arranged in a V-shape across each d axis with a circumferential interval. Each end plate has smaller outside diameter than the rotor core and is arranged at axial end to prevent the permanent magnets from protruding axial outward. The permanent magnet housing holes communicate with an outer side of an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core. The electromagnetic steel sheets in regions axially near the end plates of the rotor core have connection portions for connecting the electromagnetic steel sheets mutually.

  • Patent number: 10968881
Abstract: The present invention provides spark plug that can improve detection accuracy of pre-ignition caused by flame kernel occurring inside spark plug. Terminal is located at a rear end side with respect to thread portion of metal shell. Detector electrode is provided at a portion located at a top end side with respect to a top end of contact portion between reduced diameter portion and shelf portion or packing in a space formed between outer periphery of insulator and inner periphery of the metal shell. The detector electrode and the terminal are connected by conductor. The detector electrode and the conductor are insulated from center electrode, the metal shell and ground electrode. Since the detector electrode is located in the space between the outer periphery of the insulator and the inner periphery of the metal shell, an early detection of the flame kernel occurring in this space can be possible.

  • Patent number: 8052135
Abstract: While a book block (P) is nipped between a pair of clamping plates (1a, 1b) and passes through processing units (B to D) in succession, perfect book bind processing is carried out. Two or more of the processing units (B to D) have pairs of members (2b, 2c; 3c, 3d; 4a, 4b) which engage or come into contact with both sides of a back surface of the book block A thickness of the book block is measured by a measuring unit (6) before the book binding processing is started. When a thickness of next book block is measured by a measuring unit during the book bind processing of a previous book block, a control section (7) stores a measured value of the thickness of the next book block in a memory (8). When the previous book block reaches a predetermined position on a conveying path, a gap between the pair of members of the processing unit located upstream of a position of the previous book block is adjusted based on the measured value stored in the memory.
