  • Patent number: 11565331
Abstract: A drilling machine performs a feed operation while rotating a spindle, suspends the feed operation of the spindle for a predetermined dwell time at a predetermined hole bottom position, and then performs drilling by retreating the spindle. A controller for controlling the drilling machine calculates the dwell time based on a prescribed rotation amount in response to specification of the prescribed rotation amount (dwell rotation amount) at the hole bottom position.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: January 31, 2023
    Assignee: Fanuc Corporation
    Inventors: Yuu Oota, Masaru Kuroiwa
  • Patent number: 11378937
Abstract: A numerical controller decelerates a spindle feed rate in a bite portion to a bite velocity lower than a commanded feed rate when drilling is carried out and then, after passage through a velocity recovery point where a measured spindle load is made substantially constant, accelerates the spindle feed rate from the bite velocity to the commanded feed rate.

  • Patent number: 10268178
Abstract: Command data indicating a command path of a tool is generated on the basis of tool data created on the basis of an inclination and a shape of the tool, and interpolation data for each interpolation period is generated and outputted. When a command block is a block commanding skiving processing, correction data for correcting the command path is generated on the basis of the tool data stored in the tool data storage unit, and the correction data corresponding to interpolation data outputted by an interpolation unit is outputted.

  • Publication number: 20180173190
Abstract: A numerical controller includes: a monitoring unit which monitors a delay time between two machining units after the two machining units simultaneously start operations in the same direction without being in synchronism with each other; a determination unit which determines whether or not the delay time exceeds a predetermined time; and a control unit in which when the delay time exceeds the predetermined time, one of the two machining units is stopped.

  • Patent number: 6935141
Abstract: Asymmetrical hosiery (10) knitted by a hosiery knitting machine, wherein a tip position (G) of a tip top part (14) is positioned nearer to a big toe side (16), characterized in that a first gusset part (22) is knitted nearer to the big toe side (16) of the tip toe section (14) so as to near a shape of a human foot having a big toe thicker and longer than other toes so that bulge of the tip toe section (14) on the big toe side (16) can be made larger than that of a little toe side (18), and that a second gusset part (24) is knitted nearer to the big toe side (16) following the first gusset part (22) so as to extend the big toe side (16) without substantially extending the little toe side (18) of the tip toe section (14).
