  • Patent number: 9010375
Abstract: On an outer surface of an electromagnetic valve body, a manual operation element is provided slidably horizontally, and a slide member is provided slidably in a direction orthogonal to a sliding direction of the manual operation element. The slide member is movable to a lock position and a non-lock position. At the lock position, the slide member is retained by the manual operation element to lock the manual operation element at a non-switch position. At the non-lock position, the slide member unlocks the manual operation element to allow the manual operation element to move toward a switch position.

  • Patent number: 8820781
Abstract: An attachment structure for driver seat airbag devices that enables smoother operation of a horn switch. The attachment structure includes: an armature connected to a steering mechanism of the vehicle; and a housing that accommodates the airbag module and that is positioned with respect to the armature. The housing includes positioning pins for implementing relative positioning in XY directions with respect to the armature at a plurality of locations and first openings for implementing positioning in a Z direction at a plurality of locations. The armature is provided with a plurality of second openings through which the positioning pins of the housing are inserted and with a plurality of protrusions that are inserted through the first openings of the housing. The position of Z-direction lower edge sections of the first openings of the housing lies within a range of the depth of the second openings of the armature.

  • Patent number: 8459687
Abstract: An airbag module including an inflator, an air bag, and an air bag case. The air bag case houses the air bag and is attached to the inflator. The inflator supplies a gas to the air bag housed in the air bag case. The air bag case further includes an engagement member having an opening in a rectangular shape and hooks disposed on two opposing sides of thereof, and a lower surface plate member that is attached to the engagement member by a bridge member. The hooks are shaped to engage an instrument panel, thereby attaching the air bag case to the instrument panel. The air bag module may also include a fabric housing disposed around the air bag. The fabric housing has a box-like shape with a bottom portion, an open ceiling portion, and a connecting hole disposed in the bottom portion to receive the inflator.

  • Patent number: 8347921
Abstract: Two connected valve units each formed by serially connecting plural electromagnetic valves in a direct abutment state are disposed in parallel between two end blocks. The two end blocks are tightened with plural connecting bolts disposed therebetween so as to directly clamp and fix the two connected valve units from both sides in the serial connection direction of the electromagnetic valves. One of the end blocks is provided with a power supply connector, and the other is provided with an air inlet port and a discharge port.

  • Patent number: 7954786
Abstract: A socket housing formed on the side of a solenoid valve body includes a socket thereinside connected with a coil of a solenoid operation section. A power feeding terminal box for holding a pin-shaped power feeding terminal connected with a power feeding line is housed in a terminal cover. Installation of the terminal cover on the side of the solenoid valve body causes the power feeding terminal to be electrically connected with the socket and at the same time the power feeding terminal box to be locked into a locking stopper formed inside the terminal cover, thereby allowing the terminal cover to be locked and held in place.
