  • Patent number: 8152131
Abstract: In a pilot-type valve, a valve box enclosing a main valve is arranged in a state wherein same is sandwiched between pipe flanges tightened to one another with bolts. In the pilot-type valve, a pilot valve is used to control a driving force required to operate the main valve to open and close same. In addition, the valve box is flangeless at its connection end portions for connection with the pipe flanges and has an inlet and outlet for a pressurized fluid. A cover flange neck extended upward from the valve box is constricted only at sites on its walls corresponding to adjacent bolts extended between the pipe flanges, so that the cover flange neck can be passed through the interval between these bolts.

  • Patent number: 7806136
Abstract: In the direct-acting valve of the present invention, no flange is formed in the valve box and the piping is achieved by interposing the valve box between pipe flanges. The direct acting valve includes: a driving section that operates by sensing a primary pressure or a secondary pressure; and a valve body communicating with the driving section to open and close a flow path. A valve box of the valve is positioned between pipe flanges tightened by bolts and nuts. Connecting end portions to be mated with pipe flanges respectively have an inlet and an outlet of the flow path, and each of the end portions is formed to have a smaller diameter than that of the pipe flange. A cover flange neck is extended upward from the valve box is formed so as to be interposed between the bolts B and B1 which are provided between the pipe flanges and adjacent to each other on the circumference of the pipe flanges.

  • Publication number: 20080078967
Abstract: In a pilot-type valve, a valve box enclosing a main valve is flangeless, and the valve box is arranged in a state sandwiched between pipe flanges. In the pilot-type valve that uses a pilot valve to control a driving force required to operate a main valve 2 to open and close the main valve 2,valve box 6 enclosing the main valve 2 is sandwiched between pipe flanges F, F1 tightened to each other with bolts B, B1, . . . and nuts N, N1, . . . . In addition, the valve box 6 is flangeless at its connection end portions 11, 12 for connection with the pipe flanges F, F1 and having an inlet and outlet 7 and 8 for a pressurized fluid respectively. A cover flange neck 18 extended upward from the valve box 6 is restricted only at sites on its wide walls corresponding to the bolts B, B1 extended between the pipe flanges F, F1 and adjacent to each other on the circumferences of the pipe flanges F, F1, so that the cover flange neck 18 can be passed through the interval between the bolts B, B1 at this restricted portion.

  • Publication number: 20070252388
Abstract: A pipe joint has a joint main body, a union nut connected to the joint main body, and a lock ring. The lock ring has a tubular wall, and a first axial end and a second axial end of the tubular wall are deformable by inner walls of tapered hole portion of the joint main body and the union nut. The lock ring has a first tapered opening portion providing a first groove for receiving a first end of a first pipe member and a second tapered opening portion providing a second groove for receiving a second end of a second pipe member, in a radial inside of the tubular wall. A radial outer surface of the first tapered opening portion and a radial outer surface of the second tapered opening portion are tapered such that the first groove and the second groove are narrowed toward its ends, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20050097910
Abstract: The invention is intended to provide an open showcase which allows efficient displaying of frozen and refrigerated foods even in a retail store with a limited sales floor space. Thus, the open showcase, as it comprises a lower showcase whose top face is open and an upper showcase which is arranged above and at a prescribed distance from the top face of the lower showcase, is enabled to display frozen foods in the lower showcase and refrigerated foods in the upper showcase. For instance, frozen foods such as ice cream and sherbet and refrigerated items such as custard pudding and yogurt can be displayed at the same time in a single showcase. Accordingly goods can be efficiently displayed even in a retail store having only a limited sales floor space.

  • Patent number: 6178998
Abstract: A reverse flow prevention apparatus is provided so as to drastically decrease pressure loss without installing an independent pressure regulator mechanism therein. With the reverse flow prevention apparatus, a flow path running along a straight line is provided in an outer box, and is partitioned by a diaphragm into an upstream region, and the downstream of a midstream region. An inner cylindrical body is provided at the center of the diaphragm, integrally therewith, so as to fit slidably into the upstream region of the outer box, an escape valve is provided on the downstream side of the inner cylindrical body in such a way as to be able to freely open and close a valve port provided between the midstream region and the downstream region while the escape valve is energized towards valve opening by the urging of an escape valve spring, and first and second check valves are provided inside the inner cylindrical body and the downstream region of the outer box, respectively.
