  • Patent number: 11987880
Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method of an interior member of a plasma processing apparatus, which improves processing yield. The interior member is disposed inside a processing chamber of the plasma processing apparatus and includes, on a surface thereof, a film of a material having resistance to plasma. The manufacturing method includes: a step of moving a gun by a predetermined distance along the surface of the interior member to spray the material to form the film, and disposing a test piece having a surface having a shape simulating a surface shape of the interior member within a range of the distance within which the gun is moved and forming the film of the material on the surface of the test piece; and a step of adjusting, based on a result of detecting a crystal size of the film on the surface of the test piece and presence or absence of a residual stress or inclusion of a contaminant element, a condition of forming the film on the surface of the interior member by the gun.

  • Patent number: 11307153
Abstract: In order to increase reproducibility of a reconstructed tomographic image without increasing the computational load, detection is performed by oversampling in (N+n) directions during imaging for detection by N detection elements. A vector having N×(N+n) elements is obtained, and vector decimation step is performed in which a total of n×N elements corresponding to a sequence {k} 30 denoting a decimation order are removed. In a discrete Radon transform step, a corresponding discrete Radon inverse matrix WSQ?140 is operated, and in an image data generation step, de-vectoring is performed, thereby tomographic image data are acquired. When oversampling is used, a discrete Radon inverse matrix WSQ?1 is obtained. Therefore, a tomographic image is obtained by matrix computation without resorting to iterative approximation.

  • Patent number: 4515575
Abstract: A torque transmission system has driving and driven pulley units around which an endless V-belt extends. Each pulley unit has a stationary pulley part rotatable with a shaft and a movable pulley part disposed to define with the stationary pulley part a circumferentially continuous groove for receiving the V-belt. The movable pulley parts of the pulley units are axially resiliently biased so that the radii of the circle along which the V-belt engages the driving and driven pulley units are varied to change the speed-change ratio of the transmission system. The movable pulley part of the driven pulley unit is axially shifted by the action of fly weights held between a stationary plate fixed to the shaft and a holder fixed to the movable pulley part.
