    Abstract: A cutting device for performing a cutting operation, which can reduce wasteful cutting, can easily perform an accurate and neat cutting, and can have a long service life. The cutting device includes a guide supporting member, mounted to a distal end of a working machine on a self-propelled working vehicle in such a manner as to be freely swingable; a guide element, horizontally supported by the guide supporting member; a cutter, mounted to the guide element; a first movement device, for moving the cutter with respect to the guide element; and a second movement device, for moving the cutter in a direction along the guide element. A vibration preventing system can be included. Since the cutter vertically moves at a time of entering, a cutting can be efficiently performed with no wasteful cutting; and since vibration is reduced, the service life is extended.

    Abstract: An apparatus for coupling a tractor, a dump trailer and a dump truck wherein the dump trailer is adapted to be selectively towed by the tractor or by the dump truck. A draw bar having a trunnion and a hole at the leading end portion is pivotally mounted on the dump trailer. The trunnion is adapted to be engaged with a gripper mounted on an arm member of the tractor so as to enable the dump trailer to be towed by the tractor. The hole of the draw bar is adapted to be engageable with a coupler pivotally mounted on a rear axle of the dump truck thereby allowing the dump trailer to be drawn by the dump truck.

    Abstract: A warning device for a vehicle is capable of checking a disorder in the vehicle in a sequential order through a dialog between the device and an operator. The device first indicates conduction of a test before a starter is turned on and the operator depresses a test switch in compliance with this indication to test whether all indication units and buzzer can operate normally. After finishing this test, any disorder which may exist at various starting check points such as a hydraulic fluid level and a radiator water level is detected by an associated indication unit. After the starting check up has been completed and the starter is turned on, driving check points such as a torque converter oil temperature and a brake air pressure are constantly watched and if there occurs any disorder in such check points, the operator is informed of such disorder by operation of all of the indication units and the buzzer.

    Abstract: In an electronic control apparatus of an automatic speed changing apparatus for use in an internal combustion engine of the type wherein the engine is connected with a load through a fluid type torque converter and a multiple stage gear changer, there are provided means for locking-up the torque converter when the speed of the output shaft thereof exceeds a first predetermined speed, means for shifting-up the gear changer to a higher stage when the speed of the output shaft exceeds a second predetermined speed which is higher than the first predetermined speed, and means for shifting-down the gear changer to a lower stage when the speed of the output shaft decreases below a third predetermined speed which is lower than the first predetermined speed whereby effecting automatic speed change control while the torque converter is maintained in the locked-up condition.
