    Abstract: An ultrasonic imaging device has a cable that is prevented from being dragged on a floor surface during examination and when a probe is not in use. The probe slides in and out smoothly and the cable can be pulled out without excessive force during examination. The ultrasonic imaging device includes a cart portion mounted with an instrument body, a table supported by the cart portion and configured to mount the instrument body, a support mechanism for the table, and a housing to house the support mechanism. A probe holder is provided on a side of the table. A base seat of the cart portion includes a raised portion surrounding an outer periphery of the housing fixed to the base seat, and a storage recess is provided to store a probe cable and is formed between the raised portion of the base and the outer periphery of the housing.

    Abstract: A cart is provided for mounting a portable ultrasonic diagnostic device, the cart being small in size and having high operability, and the portable ultrasonic diagnostic device is opened and used in the state of being kept mounted on the cart. The cart has a top board 1 for placing the portable ultrasonic diagnostic device thereon, a support column 2 for supporting the top board in such a manner as movable up and down, multiple legs 3 for supporting the support column, wheels 4 respectively attached to the legs, and a unit 5 having a predetermined function. The unit 5 is placed below the top board 1 in the rear of the support column 2, and the center of gravity of the cart is positioned in the rear of the center of the support column 2. This cart has a simple configuration enabling downsizing, and it is high in operability. It is possible to open and use the portable ultrasonic diagnostic device in the state that the portable ultrasonic diagnostic device is kept mounted on the cart.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a cart for an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, having a high degree of flexibility in moving a top board on which the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is placed, and enabling a stable operation wherever the top board is moved. In the cart for the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, a vertical movement mechanism 60 is fixed on a base. A movable part 62 of the vertical movement mechanism is provided with a swing mechanism 70 that swings in the up-and-down direction, enabling up-and-down movement of the top board 10 according to both the vertical movement mechanism and the swing mechanism. The position of the movable part with which the swing mechanism is coupled is displaced forward from the vertical central axis of the vertical movement mechanism. The top board for placing the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is coupled with the swinging end of the swing mechanism, via a mechanism 80 for horizontal movement and/or a mechanism 90 for rotating the top board.
