  • Publication number: 20100062700
Abstract: A coin depositing and dispensing machine prevents a foreign object mixed together with coins put in a coin receiving port from causing a malfunction, facilitates distinguishing coins of a depositing and transporting system from coins of a dispensing and transporting system, and facilitates removal of a coin jam. Coins received from a coin receiving port are fed separately by a feeding unit to a depositing and transporting unit. A rotary disc rotated at a position tilted at a predetermined angle is used for the feeding unit. By using the rotary disc, only coins are fed to the depositing and transporting unit, and foreign objects are eliminated. The depositing and transporting unit and a dispensing and transporting unit are arranged opposite to each other in a machine body, and the depositing and transporting unit is tilted together with the rotary disc. Coins in each unit are thereby easily distinguished from each other.

  • Publication number: 20090010901
Abstract: The present invention relates to primary cultured adipocytes for gene therapy, where the adipocytes stably maintain a foreign gene encoding a protein that is secreted outside of cells. This invention provides cells suitable for gene therapy, which can replace bone marrow cells and liver cells used for conventional ex vivo gene therapy. The present invention established methods for transferring foreign genes into primary cultured adipocytes, which are suitable for ex vivo gene therapy; can be easily collected and implanted; and can be removed after implantation. Specifically, the present invention established these methods that use retroviral vectors. • Publication number: 20080122151
Abstract: A rocking substrate 31 provided with a porous unit 41 is supported by a platform 21 by means of a spherical bearing. Furthermore, air is provided between the platform 21 and the rocking substrate 31 to allow the rocking substrate 31 and the porous unit 41 to rock along a spherical surface. This rocking allows the top surface 12a of an improved levitation unit 12 to tilt freely. When a wavy glass substrate is placed on the levitation device, the top surface 12a of the improved levitation unit 12 tilts, tracing the tilt of the substrate. Jetting air out in this state levitates the substrate, with its top surface 12a in the horizontal state, and allows the levitational force to be reliably applied to the substrate.
