  • Publication number: 20240085116
Abstract: A heat exchanger is provided with a header that has a body section formed in a cylindrical shape and a divider that divides an internal space in the body section. In a state in which the body section and the divider are combined with each other, plate distal end portions of a pair of side plate portions of the divider do not protrude from a pair of respective insertion portions of the body section toward an outside of the body section. The plate distal end portions are deformed in such a state that walls of the plate distal end portions are spread out such that end faces of the plate distal end portions each form a V-shaped groove, and are in engagement with inner walls of the pair of respective insertion portions inside through holes defined by the pair of respective insertion portions.

  • Patent number: 10494038
Abstract: The vibration of a cab deck as well as the mass of a deck supporting member is suppressed. A slewing frame of an upper slewing body includes a front plate connected to a second side plate. A cab deck is disposed on a front side of an engine deck with a gap between the cab deck and the engine deck. A deck supporting member is connected to the second side plate and the cab deck. When viewed along an up-and-down direction, a connection portion of the front plate to be connected to the second side plate is opposed to, in the lateral direction via the second side plate, a connection portion of the deck supporting member to be connected to the second side plate.

  • Publication number: 20190152532
Abstract: The vibration of a cab deck as well as the mass of a deck supporting member is suppressed. A slewing frame 10 of an upper slewing body 1 includes a front plate 17 connected to a second side plate 15B. A cab deck 30 is disposed on a front side X1 of an engine deck 20 with a gap S between the cab deck 30 and the engine deck 20. A deck supporting member 40 is connected to the second side plate 15B and the cab deck 30. When viewed along an up-and-down direction Z, a connection portion of the front plate 17 to be connected to the second side plate 15B is opposed to, in the lateral direction Y via the second side plate 15B, a connection portion of the deck supporting member 40 to be connected to the second side plate 15B.

  • Patent number: 9169621
Abstract: A hydraulic tubing support that reduces noise transmitted to an operator due to pulsation of hydraulic oil in a junction tube. The hydraulic tubing support structure includes a pair of left and right remote control valves for generating pilot pressures for the plurality of hydraulic actuators in response to an input operation performed on each operating lever, pump-side tubes and tank-side tubes respectively extending from the respective remote control valves, a junction tube for allowing communication of the tubes guided to below a floor plate through a through hole and communication of the tubes guided to below the floor plate through a through hole, and a middle reinforcement beam extending in a right-and-left direction and fixed to the lower surface of the floor plate. The junction tube is fixed to the middle reinforcement beam in a non-contact state with the floor plate.
