  • Patent number: 7723435
Abstract: The single-layered structure of the invention comprises (A) 50 to 97% by weight of a polyolefin, (B) 2 to 45% by weight of a polyamide resin comprising a diamine component and a dicarboxylic acid component and (C) 1 to 45% by weight of a modified polyolefin and/or styrene copolymer. The polyamide resin B is dispersed in layers throughout the single-layered structure. With such a dispersion state of the polyamide resin B, the single-layered structure exhibits excellent fuel barrier properties.

  • Publication number: 20090283506
Abstract: A laser processing apparatus is provided with a first laser oscillator for laser CVD and a second laser oscillator for laser repair in a laser oscillation section. Either one of the first or second laser beam is irradiated by switching the first and second laser oscillators by a laser oscillator switch portion of a main body section. An optical path forming member is disposed such that the first or second laser beam, whichever is irradiated, will take the same optical path and reach a sample, after passing a common slit, to perform laser processing on the sample. Further, an objective lens is configured to be switched to an objective lens having a magnification corresponding to a wavelength of the laser beam irradiated from the laser oscillation section by an objective lens switch section of an objective lens section.

  • Publication number: 20090277858
Abstract: There is provided a multilayer bottle including an outermost layer and an innermost layer which are each made of a thermoplastic polyester resin, and at least one barrier layer interposed between the outermost layer and the innermost layer. The barrier layer contains at least two components including a polyamide obtained by polycondensing a diamine component containing m-xylylenediamine as a main component with a dicarboxylic acid component containing an ?,?-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid as a main component, and a thermoplastic resin having a lower molecular weight than that of the polyamide. The multilayer bottle hardly suffers from delamination upon impact or dropping and, therefore, is not required to have a shape with less irregularities or less bends for preventing the delamination, and further has a large freedom of design choice.

  • Publication number: 20090237108
Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor integrated circuit including: an output circuit connected between a power supply (VDD0) and a ground (GND0), having an input connected to an input terminal, and having an output connected to an output terminal; and a power-supply-noise cancelling circuit connected between the input terminal and the output terminal to generate a current that cancels a current flowing from the power supply (VDD0) to the output terminal or a current flowing from the output terminal to the ground (GND0), based on a potential difference between the input terminal and the output terminal.

  • Publication number: 20090120900
Abstract: There is provided a multilayer bottle comprising a barrel portion including an outermost layer, an innermost layer and at least one barrier layer interposed between the outermost layer and the innermost layer, which satisfies the requirements represented by the following formulae (1) to (3) at the same time: OTR?0.2 cc·mm/(m2·day·atm)??(1) where OTR represents an average oxygen transmission rate of the barrier layer of the barrel portion; 20?(Average degree of orientation of barrier layer of barrel portion)?45; and??(2) 0?b/a?100?200??(3) where “a” represents an average thickness (?m) of the barrier layer of the barrel portion; and “b” represents an average thickness (?m) of the barrier layer of a bottom portion of the bottle. The multilayer bottle is free from delamination owing to impact upon dropping even when the bottle is formed with irregularities and bends and therefore exhibits a large freedom of design choice.

  • Publication number: 20060270799
Abstract: A thermoplastic resin article which includes a layer made of a thermoplastic resin composition containing 50 to 97% by weight of a polyolefin A, 2 to 45% by weight of a barrier resin B, and 1 to 45% by weight of a modified polyolefin Ca and/or a styrene copolymer Cb. The ratio of the melt viscosities of the polyolefin A and the barrier resin B satisfies the formula: 0.7<MVB/MVA<2.8 wherein MVA is a melt viscosity (Pa·s) of the polyolefin A and MVB is a melt viscosity (Pa·s) of the barrier resin B, each measured under a shear rate of 100 s?1 at a temperature from MP+2° C. to MP+10° C. wherein MP is the melting point of the barrier resin B. The thermoplastic resin article exhibits good fuel barrier properties and impact resistance.
