  • Patent number: 10734421
Abstract: An imaging device including: a photoelectric converter including first and second electrodes and a photoelectric conversion layer therebetween; a voltage supplier; an output circuit for outputting a signal corresponding to the potential of the second electrode; and a detector for detecting the signal level. The change rate of the conversion efficiency of the photoelectric converter with respect to a bias voltage applied between the electrodes when the bias voltage is in a first range is greater than that when the bias voltage is in a second range higher than the first range. The voltage supplier, when the detected level is a first threshold or higher, causes the potential difference between the electrodes to be a first difference, and, when the detected level is lower than a second threshold that is the first threshold or lower, causes the potential difference to be a second difference greater than the first difference.

  • Patent number: 10690097
Abstract: Provided is an electromagnetic valve capable of stabilizing an injection amount even when injection is performed while an intermediate member continues to be displaced after valve closing and returns to a closed valve standby state. For that purpose, a valve body 303 opens or closes a flow path. A movable iron core 404 moves the valve body 303 in a valve opening direction using a magnetic attraction force. An intermediate member 414 forms a preliminary stroke gap (g1) between the movable iron core 404 and the valve body 303 in a closed valve state. A stopper portion 410c collides with the intermediate member 414 when the intermediate member 414 moves in a direction in which the preliminary stroke gap (g1) is reduced.

  • Patent number: 8888476
Abstract: The inside of a sealed container (50) of a horizontal scroll compressor is partitioned by a partition plate (80) into a space in which a compressor mechanism section and an electric motor are contained and into a discharge space (84) in which a discharge pipe (52) and an oil supply pump (70) are contained. An upper communication path (85) and a path guide member (81) are provided in the upper part of the partition plate, and a refrigerant gas passes through the upper communication path (85). The path guide member is located below the discharge pipe (52), is extended to a position near a side surface of the sealed container, and has a path area greater than the path area of the discharge pipe. The construction causes the refrigerant gas to collide with the side surface of the sealed container, promoting separation of oil, and even if the oil is re-dispersed by a gas flow, the construction reduces flow directly leading to the discharge pipe.
