  • Patent number: 8561677
Abstract: A cooling/heating panel has a planar radiation panel (12), a metallic holding member (18) arranged partially on a backside of the radiation panel (12), and a resin heat exchange pipe (16) held by the holding member (18). The holding member (18) has: a flat soaking plate (20) which is superimposed on the radiation panel (12); and a holding portion (22) which is erected on the soaking plate (20) and latches the heat exchange pipe (16). The heat exchange pipe (16) has an outside diameter larger than an inside diameter of the holding portion (22) before the heat exchange pipe (16) is attached to the holding portion (22) and in a state in which the heat exchange pipe (16) is attached to the holding portion (22), the holding portion (22) holds a side face of the heat exchange pipe (16) repulsively from both sides.

  • Publication number: 20010008184
Abstract: The present invention provides a pipe mat used for air-conditioning which is capable of preventing disadvantages associated with a rectangle-shaped main pipe and solving a variety of conventional problems produced in a main pipe of circular section. In the present invention, the above challenges are resolved. A pipe mat used for air-conditioning for cooling or heating air through thermal radiation from cooling or heating fluid, includes a pair of main pipes MP made of a synthetic resin and having a larger sectional area, and a plurality of heat-exchange pipes HP made of a synthetic resin and having a smaller sectional area, both ends of each heat-exchange pipe HP being heat-welded between the pair of main pipes MP, the fluid flowing from one of the main pipes MP through the heat-exchange pipes HP to the other main pipe MP for the thermal radiation.

  • Patent number: 5358580
Abstract: A hose manufacturing process and a method therefor capable of leading to an increase in production efficiency and productivity and improving configurational and dimensional stability of the hose. A die is provided for co-extruding a flexible synthetic resin material and a rigid synthetic resin material to concurrently form an inner tube of a small diameter and a reinforcement which is concentric with the inner tube and has a diameter larger than the inner tube, respectively. Also, a cutter is arranged forward of the die in a direction of extrusion of the reinforcement for cutting the reinforcement into a spiral shape. Further, a compression air feed passage is formed in the die so as to feed compressed air into the inner tube, to thereby expand it. This permits the inner tube to be contacted with the reinforcement for adhesion therebetween.

  • Patent number: 4956898
Abstract: A hose clamping device for reducing a winding diameter of a metallic band by rotation of a worm screw to clamp a flexible hose to a connector (nipple). The hose clamping device comprises a housing fixed to one side of a band formed with engaging portions, and a worm screw meshed with the engaging portion. The hose clamping device includes rotatably operation portions provided on both sides of a shaft of the worm screw, and a band spring-up preventive member provided in the jumping direction on the free end of the band in a housing.
