  • Patent number: 6016964
Abstract: An air-mix door control device for an automobile air-conditioning system home-position-sets the air-mix door for the full-hot position or the full-cool position when it is necessary to control an air-mix door for a new target opening position other than a full-hot position or a full-cool position under a condition that an opening position detecting unit for detecting an opening position of the air-mix door causes a trouble. Also, the air-mix door control device calculates a reverse drive time required for reversely driving the air-mix door from the home-position-set position to the new target opening position so as to correct a time error derived from a torque variation of an air-mix door motor actuator due to a battery voltage. Thus, the air-mix door control device reversely drives the air-mix door according to the reverse drive time and controls the air-mix door for the new target opening position.

  • Patent number: 5974359
Abstract: A method for correcting the output sensitivity an angular velocity detector, in which, a first running directional data of the mobile object is successively calculated in accordance with the output signal of the angular velocity detector, a second running directional data of the mobile object is successively calculated in accordance with the positioning data obtained from a plurality satellites, the sensitivity correction coefficient is calculated in based on the stored first and second running directional data, and the sensitivity correction coefficient is multiplexed by the output signal of the angular velocity detector, so as to correct the output sensitivity of the angular velocity detector. Therefore, the dispersion of the output sensitivity of the angular velocity detector is eliminated to improve the accuracy of output sensitivity.

  • Patent number: 5862240
Abstract: A microphone device is of a structure comprising at least three microphone elements disposed in the state spaced by predetermined distances in a direction perpendicular to the main axis of directivity, and an adder for adding output signals from the respective microphone elements. In this case, the microphone elements are respectively comprised of uni-directional microphone elements, and are disposed in the state where the sound collection surfaces are directed in the same direction with respect to the sound source and at substantially equal intervals. This microphone device realizes sharp directivity in the middle pitched tone (sound) region (range) required for the input means of the speech recognition equipment, and realizes sound collection which has high sensitivity with respect to speech (voice) input from the front and has extremely less noise components inputted from the side surfaces (lateral direction).

  • Patent number: 5647794
Abstract: When a fault occurs in the setting unit for setting the position of an actuator or when the control unit for controlling a stepping motor actuator goes out of order, the mode switch door cannot be set to a foot mode or the like other than a ventilation mode and a defrost mode. Therefore, when a fault occurs in the built-in contacts of the actuator for driving the mode switch door or when the control unit for controlling the stepping motor actuator for driving the mode switch door goes out of order, another mode position can be set by moving the actuator to a ventilation mode position or a defrost mode position and then reversing it with the moved position as a starting point.

  • Patent number: 5091954
Abstract: The present invention is concerned with a receiver device for converting electrical signal from a headphone, a telephone receiver or the like into acoustic signals. More particularly, it relates to a noise reducing receiver device in which acoustic signals in the vicinity of an electro-acoustic transducer element are converted by a microphone into electrical signals and negatively fed back to an amplifier circuit which is adapted for amplifying input electrical signals and supplying the amplified signals to the electro-acoustic transducer element. In the noise reducing receiver device, the input electrical signals are amplified by the amplifier circuit and converted by the electro-acoustic transducer element into output acoustic signals. A microphone is arranged in the vicinity of the electro-acoustic transducer element and adapted for converting the output acoustic signals and external noise into electrical signals, which are negatively fed back to the amplifier circuit via a feedback circuit.
