  • Publication number: 20020041110
Abstract: A vehicle circuit panel is provided that includes a base member formed of an electrically insulating plastic material and a conducting plastic circuit path formed of an electrically conducting plastic material. The conducting plastic circuit path is formed unitarily with the base member, and is at least partially embedded in the base member, thereby forming a one-piece molded plastic member. Thus, the conducting plastic circuit path is formed into a desired circuit configuration within the base member. With the above construction, the conducting plastic circuit path can be formed into any circuit configuration, thereby increasing the degree of freedom of design of the arrangement of the circuit path.

  • Patent number: 6042062
Abstract: A clamp is provided and is commonly usable for brackets having different thicknesses. The clamp 10 includes a base plate 11 to be fixed to an automotive wiring harness by taping and a box portion 12 integrally formed with the base plate 11, and an arm 13 having a lock claw 13a at its leading end projects from a rear part of the lower inner surface of the box portion 12 into a hollow portion 14 of the box portion 12. A bracket 4 projecting from a vehicle body is inserted into the hollow portion 14 of the box portion 12 and the lock claw 13a is inserted into a hole 4c formed in the bracket 4 to lock the bracket 4 and the clamp 10. Thinned and elastically deformed thickness take-up portions 15 are formed at the opposite side walls of the box portion 12. In the case that the bracket 4 being inserted into the hollow portion 14 of the box portion 12 is thick, the thickness take-up portions 15 extend to enable the insertion of the lock claw 13a into the hole 4c of the bracket 4.

  • Patent number: 5895890
Abstract: A boot 23a for insulating the bare end of an insulated electrical wire includes a neck 25 to hold a wire or wires 21a centrally in the boot. The boot is filled with a solidifiable liquid substance 24, such as epoxy resin, to encapsulate the wire or wires after insertion. The boot may be transparent and include depth markings 26, 27 to determine the minimum insertion depth of the wire or wires 21a and the minimum level of substance.

  • Patent number: 5443635
Abstract: An admixture for cement compositions containing tetrahydroborate, and cement composition containing a tetrahydroborate admixture made of salt borohydride, cement, aggregate and water. Since tetrahydroborate has the expansion effect hardly influenced by temperature, expansion amount is easily controlled. Since cells generated by foaming are fine, a hardened body with the excellent resistance to freezing and thawing can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 5089323
Abstract: An oxygen absorbing sheet is disclosed, which is obtained by molding a resin composition comprising from 15 to 70% by weight of a thermoplastic resin and from 30 to 85% by weight of an oxygen absorbent into a sheet having a thickness of from 10 .mu.m to 5 mm and stretching the sheet at least uniaxially at a stretch ratio of from 1.5 to 8.0. The oxygen absorbing sheet is easy to handle, and its oxygen absorption capacity is arbitrarily controllable.
