    Abstract: An air cleaner is disposed at the front part of an intake space below a seat. A battery box containing a battery is disposed on the rear side relative to the air cleaner in the intake space. The battery box is disposed with a rearward tilt and on the intake upstream side of the air cleaner and a corner part of the battery box at the lower front end thereof is disposed close to the air cleaner with the intermediary of a slight gap. The battery in the battery box is located in a flow of intake air sucked into the air cleaner and is efficiently cooled.
