  • Patent number: 11934145
Abstract: A developing apparatus includes an electrostatic latent image bearer, a developing sleeve, a case, and an air filter. The case accommodates a two-component developer and the developing sleeve. The air filter is attached to the case. The air filter has a thickness of 2 to 20 mm and has a density gradient with a pressure loss of 2 to 40 Pa at a wind speed of 10 cm/s. The air filter forms an airflow sucked into the case from a gap between the developing sleeve and the case and forms an airflow discharged from the case through the air filter. The two-component developer accommodated in the case contains a magnetic particle a surface of which is coated with a resin layer. The resin layer contains at least one type of chargeable particle.

  • Patent number: 8676499
Abstract: Movement guidance systems, devices, methods, and programs set a guidance branch point on a guidance route. The systems, devices, methods, and programs acquire a position and a shape of the guidance branch point and a prior branch point, and determine whether the prior branch point is adjacent based on the acquired information. The prior branch point is adjacent when the prior branch point exists within a first predetermined distance from the guidance branch point and is connected with a road in a same direction as the guidance branch point. When it is determined that the prior branch point is adjacent, the systems, devices, methods, and programs complete verbal guidance for the guidance branch point at a timing at which the movable body is located at a guidance end point that is located a second predetermined distance before the prior branch point.

  • Patent number: 8606505
Abstract: Travel guidance systems, devices, methods, and programs set a route from a departure point toward destination and acquire a position of a movable body along the route. The guidance systems, devices, methods, and programs determine whether the movable body has arrived at the destination by acquiring a distance from an end of the set route to the destination. When the acquired distance is less than a predetermined distance, the determination is based on the end of the route. When the acquired distance is equal to or more than the predetermined distance and the destination is a specific point, the determination is based on the end of the route. When the acquired distance is equal to or more than the predetermined distance and the destination is a point that is not a specific point, the determination is based on a position of the destination.

  • Patent number: 6603238
Abstract: A thin plate-shaped substrate 21 comprised of a monocrystal is provided with a piezoelectric element 24, and both ends of a movable piece 20 whose one surface is provided with a movable contact 25 are fixed and supported to a base 11. Then, by curving the movable piece 20 via the piezoelectric element 24, the movable contact 25 is brought in and out of contact with a pair of fixed contacts 38 and 39 that face the movable contact. With this arrangement, a subminiature micro-relay having a mechanical contact mechanism that has a small resistance in turning on the contact and the desired vibration resistance, frequency characteristic and insulating property can be obtained.
