  • Patent number: 11927859
Abstract: A display device comprising a transistor and a display element over the transistor, wherein the transistor includes a gate electrode on an insulating surface, a gate insulating layer on the gate electrode, and source/drain electrodes on the oxide semiconductor layer and the gate insulating layer, each including a first conductive layer containing nitrogen and a second conductive layer on the first conductive layer, and an insulating layer contains oxygen on the oxide semiconductor layer and the source/drain electrodes.

  • Patent number: 9109887
Abstract: Provided are: a correction object determining section which determines whether, on an imaging plane in image data obtained by imaging an object irradiated with diffusion light from a light source by a camera, a region regarded to be in a state where a rod-like object has been irradiated with the diffusion light exists; a measurement point calculating section which estimates a light source center position of the diffusion light based on information of a luminance distribution of the diffusion light in the image data to set it as a first measurement point; and a distance calculating section which calculates a distance between the object at the first measurement point and the camera according to triangulation based on a horizontal distance between the center of the imaging plane and the first measurement point, the positions of the camera and light source, and an imaging direction angle of the camera.

  • Patent number: 5694979
Abstract: A woven cloth inspecting apparatus eliminates the influences of disturbances such as illuminating light and fly. At least two photoreceptor elements are arranged in the direction of the weft yarn of woven cloth. The photoreceptor elements detect different area of the woven cloth and they apply current signals to two respective current-to-voltage converters which convert the current signals into voltage signals which are fed to a difference calculating circuit. The difference calculating circuit calculates the difference between the values of the voltage signals received from the two current-to-voltage converters and supplies the obtained difference signal to a comparator which compares the received difference signal with a reference value preset by two reference value setting circuits. Exceeding the reference value is indicative of a defect in the warp. Alternatively the photoreceptor elements are arranged in the warp direction and detect defects in the weft.

  • Patent number: 5433253
Abstract: A cloth inspecting device on a loom for detecting abnormality in the cloth being produced has a light emitting and receiving assembly mounted within a sealed container with a transparent window facing the cloth. Drive means for the assembly is within the container and the assembly is mounted on a rail for movement along the length of the container across the width of the fabric. One or more filters are provided. A mirror is disposed opposite the container window with the cloth path therebetween. By placing the light emitting and receiving assembly in a sealed container the assembly as well as its driving mechanism is positively protected against interference by fly or dust during loom operation.
