  • Patent number: 8793345
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a control terminal includes: a content information obtaining module; a content selector; an identifier converter; and a remote-control-server controller. The content information obtaining module obtains content information presented by a content sender. The content selector selects, from the content information, a content to be played. The identifier converter converts, if a device identifier of the content sender is identical to a device identifier of a content receiver, content information of the selected content into a content identifier for remote controlling in a remote control server, based on a conversion rule set in advance. Here, the remote control server controls remote operations with respect to content on the network. The remote-control-server controller sends, based on the content identifier for remote controlling, a play control message to the remote control server comprising a device identifier same as that of the content sender and of the content receiver.

  • Patent number: 8699520
Abstract: A computer device includes a data packet buffer, an improving quality packet buffer, a correspondence memory, an improving quality processing unit, an operation controller, and a recovered data packet processing unit. The data packet buffer stores data packets of streams. The improving quality packet buffer stores an improving quality packet including a redundant data and identification information. The correspondence memory stores a correspondence between the improving quality packet and the data packets. The improving quality processing unit performs an improving quality processing for recovering the lost data packet by using the redundant data and at least one of the data packets corresponding to the correspondence, in order to obtain a recovered data packet. The operation controller controls the improving quality processing unit to perform the improving quality processing. The recovered data packet processing unit stores the recovered data packet into the data packet buffer.

  • Patent number: 8660403
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a reproduction device includes a presenter, a repository, and a reproduction controller. The presenter presents a metadata group including a plurality of items of metadata to a first display, allows selection of the metadata from among the metadata group, and receives selected metadata. The repository holds the metadata received by the presenter. The reproduction controller obtains moving image on the basis of the metadata held in the repository, and outputs the moving image to a second display. When the metadata are selected from among the metadata group in the presenter while the is output by the reproduction controller, the presenter outputs the selected metadata to the repository and obtains a metadata group further related to the selected metadata without interrupting the which is output by the reproduction controller, and thereafter presents this obtained result to the first display.

  • Patent number: 8462909
Abstract: The output of a nuclear reactor is increased by a predetermined magnitude, and the neutron beam is measured as time-series data. The temperature of the moderator in the reactor is acquired as time-series data. Time-series data on the reactivity is acquired from the time-series data on the neutron beam by the reverse dynamic characteristic method with respect to a one-point reactor kinetics equation. Time-series data on the fuel temperature of a predetermined average acquired by using the time-series data on the reactor output and a predetermined dynamic characteristic model is acquired. The reactivity feedback contribution component is determined by using the time-series data on the reactivity and the applied reactivity.
