  • Patent number: 11987424
Abstract: An oxygen-shielding container lid according to the present invention comprises a high density polyethylene cap shell 1 having a skirt section 7 and a top plate section 5 provided with an inner ring 9 for intimate contact with an inner surface of a container mouth; and an in-shell molded body 3 provided in a portion of an inner surface of the top plate section which is surrounded with the inner ring 9. The in-shell molded body 3 is composed of a primary molded body 3a which has been formed by in-shell molding on the inner surface of the top plate section and which has an oxygen shielding function; and a secondary molded body 3b which has been formed on the primary molded body 3a by in-shell molding so as to cover the primary molded body 3a and to be fused and fixed to the inner surface of the top plate section at the peripheral edge of the primary molded body. A resin composition used for formation of the secondary molded body 3b contains linear low density polyethylene, and has a melt flow rate at 190° C.

  • Patent number: 10343826
Abstract: A container lid is composed of a synthetic resin inside plug to be mounted on the mouth of a container, and a synthetic resin lid to be mounted on the inside plug. A breakable thin-walled line formed in a closing wall has an outer arcuate portion extending from a breakage start end portion, and an inner arcuate portion extending from the breakage start end portion, and defines an arcuate deformation region. A locked element is annexed to the deformation region, and a locking element is in the lid. When the lid is rotated in a predetermined direction, the locking element is locked to the locked element. When the lid is rotated further in the predetermined direction, a force is exerted on the deformation region via the locking element and the locked element, so that the breakable thin-walled line of the inside plug is broken and the deformation region is deformed.

  • Patent number: 10214324
Abstract: A cap-type synthetic resin container lid is easily removable from a container without separating to form scrap pieces, The container lid includes thin-walled inversion pieces that extend upward beyond a top panel wall from their lower ends which connect to the outer surface of a skirt wall, a restraint wall that is connected to the upper ends of the thin-walled inversion pieces and that has a specific site in the circumferential direction, and an operating section connected to the outer surface of the skirt wall via a connecting piece that extends radially out from the skirt wall at a position in alignment with the specific site. Locked projections and locking projections, on the restraint wall and the connecting piece respectively, restrict expansion of the restraint wall.

  • Publication number: 20170305612
Abstract: A cap-type synthetic resin container lid (2), which can be removed sufficiently easily from a mouth-neck section (38) of a container without requiring great force and, even after removal from the mouth-neck section (38) of the container, continues to be kept integral without being partly separated to form a scrap piece, is provided.
