  • Patent number: 5523164
Abstract: Method for forming paint films by the 2-coats/1-bake method, using a clearcoat paint in which the resin component comprises (a) a copolymer of a vinyl monomer mixture containing at least 20 wt % (meth)acrylic acid cycloalkyl esters 40-90 wt %, (b) alkyl-etherified melamine resin 5-50 wt %, and (c) blocked polyisocyanate 5-50 wt %, and a basecoat paint in which the resin component comprises (d) a copolymer of a vinyl monomer mixture containing at least 10% of monomers represented by the general formula ##STR1## (X.sup.1 -X.sup.5 are H or a methyl group, i is 0-2, j is 0 or 1, k is 0-3, m is 0-3, and n is 1-10), 40-80 wt %, (e) alkyl-etherified melamine resin 10-50 wt %, (f) blocked polyisocyanate 0-40 wt %, (g) cellulose type resin 0-20 wt %, and (h) organic crosslinked fine particles 0-30 wt %, and coatings obtained by the said method.

  • Patent number: 4879337
Abstract: A higher solid coating composition comprises a solid resin mixture of polyol resin and alkyletherified melamine resin, 0.2.about.10 parts by weight of an aliphatic sulfonic acid compound and 1.about.100 parts by weight of a non-aqueous polymer dispersion based on 100 parts by weight of the resin mixture. The non-aqueous polymer dispersion consists of (a) organic solvent component, (b) particle component insoluble in the component (a), and (c) particular dispersion stabilizer component soluble in the component (a) and capable of stably dispersing the component (b) into the component (a).

  • Patent number: 4805165
Abstract: A telecommunications network such as a key telephone system having n terminal devices such as telephone sets which are notionally divided into m groups, for the time division multiplex transmission and reception of m groups of n channels of data, where n is at least six and m is at least three. The invention particularly features a method of, and apparatus for, demultiplexing the multiplex data signal prior to reception by the terminal devices. The multiplex data signal is such that the n channels of data are assigned respectively to a set of n consecutive time slots making up one frame. Under the direction of a control circuit the multiplexed m groups of n channels of data are written onto m groups of n demultiplexing shift registers, respectively, at a relatively high speed.

  • Patent number: 4658397
Abstract: A telephone or like telecommunications network is disclosed which has n input highways and m output highways, where n is not less than m, each for the time division multiplex transmission of k channels of data. For selective data transfer between any selected channel of any selected input highway and any selected channel of any selected output highway, a digital, time division switching system is provided which comprises n data memories corresponding respectively to the n input highways, each data memory having k addresses corresponding respectively to the k channels of the corresponding input highway. A control circuit having a control memory causes the data from the input highways to be written sequentially into the data memories and for reading the data memories n times during a preassigned transmission period of each channel on the input and output highways.
