  • Publication number: 20240094064
Abstract: Before a temperature characteristic of a band gap reference circuit is tested, temperature dependencies of a reference voltage and an absolute temperature proportional voltage for a plurality of samples are measured. When the temperature characteristic is tested, based on a difference ?Vref between the reference voltage of the band gap reference circuit at a predetermined temperature and a median value of the reference voltages of the plurality of samples, a difference ?Vptat between the absolute temperature proportional voltage of the band gap reference circuit at a predetermined temperature and a median value of the absolute temperature proportional voltages of the plurality of samples is calculated.

  • Publication number: 20230035817
Abstract: An inspection device includes a scanning device, a first recognition unit, and a second recognition unit. The scanning device includes a laser sensor that emits laser slit light for measuring a two-dimensional shape, and a movement mechanism that moves the laser sensor in a predetermined direction. The first recognition unit obtains three-dimensional shape data of an inspection object and a workpiece by associating a plurality of two-dimensional shape data obtained by the laser sensor with position data of the laser sensor at the time of measuring the two-dimensional shape. The second recognition unit derives a three-dimensional shape of the workpiece by obtaining a difference between first three-dimensional shape data indicating a three-dimensional shape before the workpiece is laminated on the mold and second three-dimensional shape data indicating a three-dimensional shape after the workpiece is laminated on the mold.

  • Patent number: 6218802
Abstract: A robot may be taught to perform a task by recording information regarding the positions and attitudes of the joints of the robot body as it performs the task. When this information is subsequently replayed, the robot performs the task in the manner as taught. In particular, the robot may be taught either by an operator situated near the robot body or by an operator situated at a remote location. At the remote location, the robot may be taught by an operator even though the operator cannot see the robot body. More particularly, at the remote location, information regarding the current position and attitude of the joints of the robot body is displayed to the operator, and the operator may adjust this information in order to control the movement of the robot body. As a safety measure, when an operator is located near the robot body, only an operator situated near the robot body can control the robot body.

  • Patent number: 4878141
Abstract: Disclosed is a magnetic head comprising first and second magnetic core halves held in abutment against each other and a gap-defining spacer interposed therebetween, and having an elongated tape-contact surface extending across said gap-defining spacer. The gap-defining spacer has the same crystal structure as that of said first and second core halves and is made of a non-magnetic material including the same principal component as those of said first and second cores halves. The gap-defining spacer is welded to said first and second core halves in accordance with a solid-phase welding method based on a solid-phase reaction.

  • Patent number: 4729050
Abstract: A thin film vertical magnetization transducer head comprises an auxiliary magnetic pole of larger thickness and a main magnetic pole of smaller thickness having a pole face opposed to and spaced from the pole face of the auxiliary pole to define an air gap therebetween and to form a thin-film magnetic core with the auxiliary magnetic pole. A thin-film nonmagnetic structure supports the thin-film magnetic core so that the main pole is substantially centered with respect to the thickness of the auxiliary pole. The nonmagnetic structure is formed with a passage extending to the air gap to allow the magnetic recording medium to pass through the air gap in the direction of the thickness of the core. A coil structure is provided insulatively surrounding the auxiliary magnetic pole for generating a magnetic field across the pole faces.

  • Patent number: 4364099
Abstract: A tantalum film capacitor has an .alpha.-tantalum as a lower electrode, a chemical conversion layer of .alpha.-tantalum as a dielectric and an upper electrode, an improvement involving forming a highly nitrogen-doped tantalum film between the .alpha.-tantalum and a substrate, and also, another improvement involving forming a transitional thin tantalum layer between said highly nitrogen-doped tantalum film and said .alpha.-tantalum. The nitrogen concentration of the highly nitrogen-doped tantalum film is from 14 to 30 atomic %. The electrical properties, especially leakage current, are improved over those of the prior art. A disadvantage of the conventional .alpha.-tantalum thin film capacitor, that is the necessity of using an expensive partial glazed Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 substrate, is eliminated, and a non-glazed Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 substrate can be used in the present invention.
