Publication number: 20240110970Abstract: Main cells that constitute a semiconductor element having a trench gate structure include first cells, and second cells having a structure in which gate insulating films are more easily broken by energization than those in the first cells, and the number of which is smaller than that of the first cells. At a time of driving the semiconductor element, a common gate drive voltage is applied to gate electrodes of the first cells and the second cells. An electrical characteristic is measured to detect failure of the second cells due to energization at the time of driving. The gate electrodes of the failed second cells are electrically isolated from the gate electrodes of the first cells so that the gate drive voltage is not applied to the failed second cells. The failure of the first cells is predicted based on the failure of the second cells.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2023Publication date: April 4, 2024Applicant: DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Masataka DEGUCHI, Junya MURAMATSU, Keita KATAOKA, Katsuhiro KUTSUKI, Isao AOYAGI, Takashi TOMINAGA, Ryosuke OKACHI, Takashi KOHYAMA

Patent number: 6544588Abstract: A surface decorated article in which a surface is entirely or partially decorated with a coating of a first and second glitter paints each using a flaky glitter material as a pigment, wherein first paint particles at a low viscosity with a relatively high solvent dilution ratio formed by coarsely particulating a glitter paint and second paint particles at a high viscosity with a relatively low solvent dilution ratio formed by coarsely particulating a glitter paint are coated in a state mixed with each other, to form the coating comprising areas in which the first paint particles are dried to solidify and areas in which the second paint particles are dried to solidify are mixed together in a spotwise pattern. The surface of articles can be provided with colors or textures exhibiting unique and high quality feelings.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 2001Date of Patent: April 8, 2003Assignee: Trinity Industrial CorporationInventors: Masato Yamamori, Masataka Muramatsu, Katsuhiro Ishikawa, Hirotsugu Isobe, Haruhiko Mochizuki

Patent number: 5362925Abstract: A bundled conductor manufactured by bundling a plurality of small diameter conductors 1, or a bundled conductor 2 manufactured by giving an extremely rough twisting pitch, which is 20 times or more larger than an outer diameter of said bundled conductor, to the bundled conductor is formed. Then, an insulating layer 3 comprising 3 layers 3a, 3b and 3c, each comprising a heat-resistant plastic film, is arranged around the bundled conductor above. A required voltage resistance characteristics is provided and maintained by any 2 of the aforesaid 3 insulating layers, and each of the 3 insulating layers described above is independent respectively and can be separated from other ones.Type: GrantFiled: January 18, 1994Date of Patent: November 8, 1994Assignee: Totoku Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Tadashi Yamaguchi, Masataka Muramatsu, Naoki Katagiri
