  • Patent number: 10006784
Abstract: A correction circuit stores data for obtaining coefficients of a relational expression indicating a relationship between a disturbance magnetic flux and a rotational angle error. Then, the coefficients are obtained from the data for obtaining the coefficients, and a detection result of a magnetic sensor is corrected based on the coefficients obtained, a relational expression, and a detection result of a disturbance magnetic flux detection circuit. Since it is possible to obtain the rotational angle error with respect to the disturbance magnetic flux from the coefficient obtained and the relational expression, it is not necessary to store the data indicating the relationship between the disturbance magnetic flux and the rotational angle error for all of the disturbance magnetic flux value in disturbance magnetic flux regions that may be applied.

  • Publication number: 20170346429
Abstract: A controller-integrated rotating electrical machine incudes a rotating electrical machine and a control device. The rotating electrical machine is equipped with a stator and a rotor. The control device is equipped with a control circuit for an inverter circuit and an angle position sensing device which works to measure an angular position of the rotor. The control device has first substrate on which the control circuit is mounted and a second substrate on which the angle position sensing device is mounted. The first substrate is located closer to the rotating electrical machine than the angle position sensing device is in an axial direction of the controller-integrated rotating electrical machine. This minimizes adverse effects of magnetic flux, as generated by the rotating electrical machine, on operation of the angle position sensing device, thereby enhancing a measurement accuracy of the angle positon sensing device.

  • Patent number: 7336757
Abstract: A CCD shift register capable of switching between two-phase driving and three-phase driving in which crosstalk among clock signal lines is reduced and a decrease in transfer efficiency is prevented. Transfer electrodes disposed at regular intervals along a channel region are supplied with clock signals through clock signal lines. Three pairs of clock signal lines that are supplied with an in-phase clock signal at three-phase driving are disposed next to each other. One pair of odd-numbered clock signal lines supplied with an in-phase clock signal at two-phase driving is disposed next to each other, and one pair of even-numbered clock signal lines supplied with an in-phase clock signal at two-phase driving is disposed next to each other.

  • Patent number: 6597237
Abstract: A reference potential generator for maintaining a regulated potential even when a power supply potential decreases. When the power supply potential decreases and a potential difference between the power supply potential and a potential at a node of a first circuit becomes lower than a threshold value of an inverter transistor, the inverter transistor is deactivated. This decreases a gate potential of a transistor, which is connected to the inverter transistor, to the ground potential and activates the transistor. In this manner, current is supplied from the power supply potential to a node of a second circuit through the transistor. As a result, the potential (reference potential) at a node of the second circuit increases. This prevents the reference potential from being decreased.
