Abstract: A power receiving device receives power from a power transmitting device including a primary coil in a contactless manner and supplies power to a power storage device. The power receiving device includes a secondary coil that receives AC power of a predetermined frequency from the primary coil, a capacitor that is connected to the secondary coil and constitutes a resonant circuit together with the secondary coil, a rectifier circuit that rectifies output power from the resonant circuit, a power conditioning circuit that is provided between the power storage device and the rectifier circuit and includes a switch, and a control device that controls the switch by a predetermined driving frequency. The driving frequency is a frequency obtained by dividing the predetermined frequency of the AC power by a natural number equal to or greater than 2.
