  • Publication number: 20240107758
Abstract: A method of forming a three-dimensional semiconductor device includes forming an alternating stack of insulating layers and spacer material layers over a substrate, forming memory openings formed in the memory array region and monitor openings formed in a monitor region though the alternating stack, forming memory opening fill structures in the memory openings, forming monitor opening fill structures by depositing a monitor opening fill material in the monitor openings, recessing first portions of the alternating stack in a contact region and second portions of the alternating stack in the monitor region, and determining at least one characteristic of the recessed surfaces of the monitor opening fill structures. At least one characteristic of the memory openings or memory opening fill structures may be determined based on the determining at least one characteristic of the recessed surfaces of the monitor opening fill structures.

  • Publication number: 20210272090
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a first area being a security protection area in the information processing apparatus; a second area being outside the security protection area in the information processing apparatus; a first processor arranged in the first area; a second processor arranged in the second area and connected to the first processor; a reader arranged in the first area and connected to the first processor; and a speaker arranged in the second area and connected to the second processor. The first processor acquires a read information from the reader and sends an information on a payment processing related the payment to the second processor. The second processor sends a payment sound information which is a sound related to the payment to the speaker based on the payment processing, and the speaker outputs the payment sound based on the payment sound information.

  • Patent number: 9124348
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile terminal device that: suppresses the generation of echoes and howling that cause a deterioration in call quality; and achieves good call performance. The mobile terminal device (100) comprises a rear surface casing (120) and a battery cover (130) that covers the entire rear surface of the rear surface casing (120). Sound holes (125) for a microphone (170) and speaker sound holes (124) for a speaker (150) are arranged on the same rear surface of the rear surface casing (120). The rear surface casing (120) comprises a concave groove section (129), at least on the speaker (150) side and around the sound holes (125) for the microphone (170). The battery cover (130) comprises a convex protruding section (139) that fits into the groove section (129).
