  • Patent number: 8127620
Abstract: Various means for detecting the load on the bottom of a bed are proposed, but they have various problems, since the load sensor is provided separately from a bed or installed outside a bed. This invention solves the abovementioned problems by a load sensor-containing actuator in which one end side of a screw shaft 1 is rotatably supported by a base body 2; a female threaded member 3 is engaged with the screw shaft; and an actuation rod body 4 fixed to the female threaded member can advance and retreat in the axial direction of the screw shaft, wherein the base body is provided with a thrust bearing 6 coaxially with the screw shaft and an actuation cylinder 7 supporting the one end side of the screw shaft in the axial direction via the thrust bearing; a detection cylinder 9 is provided between the actuation cylinder and a support member 8 for the base body; and a strain gauge 10 is attached to the outside surface of the detection cylinder.

  • Publication number: 20100113737
Abstract: To provide a method for producing a polyoxamide resin by one-step polymerization without performing a pre-polycondensation step in a solvent, which is necessary in the conventional production of a polyoxamide resin. A method of mixing an oxalic acid diester and a diamine in a pressure-resistant vessel and subjecting the mixture to polymerization under pressure in the presence of an alcohol produced by a polycondensation reaction and then to melt polymerization at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the produced polymer preferably while extracting the alcohol, thereby producing a polyoxamide resin by one-step polymerization without using a solvent except for an alcohol that is produced by polycondensation of raw materials in the production process.

  • Publication number: 20100098893
Abstract: There is provided a polyamide resin that can achieve a sufficiently high molecular weight compared to conventional polyamide 92, has a broad moldable temperature range or width estimated from a difference between melting point and thermal decomposition temperature, exhibits excellent melt moldability and has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance compared to conventional aliphatic polyamide resins without impairing low water absorption property of an aliphatic linear polyoxamide resin. A polyamide resin in which the dicarboxylic acid component is oxalic acid and the diamine component is a diamine component composed of 1,9-nonanediamine and 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine, with the molar ratio between 1,9-nonanediamine and 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine being from 6:94 to 99:1.

  • Publication number: 20090055216
Abstract: In a bed (home care equipment) 1, based on the switch operation, respective drive units of a head unit 12, a leg unit 13, and a height adjustment unit 14 are actuated by motor units 15a to 15c and actuator units 16a to 16c. The actuation state of the respective drive units are detected by the sensor units 17a to 17c, and a respective-unit-operation control means 21 figures out the actuation state of the drive units based on a detection signal, and stores the performance history of the drive units in the operation history storage unit 22 as operation history information. The operation history information in the operation history storage unit 22 is transmitted to a host computer 4 by a communication unit 7. The host computer 4 processes the received operation history information to data which can be displayed by the animation display, graph display, and accumulated time period display, and transmits thus processed data to a computer 5 etc. which is connected to the host computer 4 through the Internet line.
