  • Publication number: 20130280723
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel method for identifying an olfactory receptor included in one olfactory cell. In the present invention, amplified is the cDNA derived from the mRNA of the one olfactory cell by a PCR method using a forward primer represented by SEQ ID: 01 and a reverse primer represented by SEQ ID: 02. Subsequently, determined is whether or not a gene sequence of the amplified cDNA is identical to one gene sequence included in gene sequences coding for olfactory receptors included in the mouse olfactory receptor group A. Finally, determined is that the olfactory receptor included in the one olfactory cell is the olfactory receptor corresponding to the one gene sequence which is identical to the gene sequence of the cDNA in the previous step, if the gene sequence of the cDNA is identical to the one gene sequence in the previous step.

  • Publication number: 20130229004
Abstract: The present invention provides an airbag device that is capable of restraining a rectification cloth that switches a vent hole to an opened or closed state so as not to be twisted, and that is capable of switching the vent hole from an opened state to a closed state, and further, switching to the opened state. At an initial stage at which an airbag main body inflates and expands, the vent hole 8 is arranged between the leg portions 5, and when the airbag main body is in a predetermined internal pressure state, the vent hole is closed by means of the band-shaped portion 4. If an occupant or the like comes into contact with the airbag main body, a tense state of each of the leg portions is released, the rectification cloth is established in a slackened state, and the vent hole 8 is established in an opened state.

  • Patent number: 8524340
Abstract: The preform of the biaxially drawn, blow-molded bottle comprises polyethylene terephthalate layers 2 and at least a gas barrier layer 3 laminated with the polyethylene terephthalate layers. The gas barrier layer 3 extends downward from a level halfway to the height of the neck 4 including the neck ring 5, or at least from above the neck ring 5, down virtually to the lower end of body 6. The gas barrier layer 3 inside the wall of the neck 4 has an average thickness corresponding to a third (?) or less of the maximum thickness of the gas barrier layer 3 inside the wall of the body 6, allowing most of the gas barrier material to be located in the wall of the body 6. Thus, the gas barrier material is effectively utilized, and in the case of the heat-resistant bottle, the neck has the predetermined dimensions without fail after the whitening treatment.

  • Patent number: 8518504
Abstract: The technical problem to be solved is to change the thickness of the colored resin layer of the preform gradually in the upward or downward direction, by utilizing a tendency of gradual decrease in the thickness of the colored resin layer caused by the flow of the main resin inside the preform mold when the main resin and the colored resin are injected into the mold. This involves adjusting the injection pattern including the time of starting and ending the supply of the main resin and the colored resin, and pressure or velocity profiles, reducing the thickness of the colored resin layer gradually upstream or downstream, injection-molding the preform in which a color-gradated portion associated with the thickness of the colored resin layer has been formed, and biaxially drawing and blow molding this preform into a bottle having a color-gradated portion.

  • Publication number: 20130168199
Abstract: To be able to promote discharge of lubricating oil in a disengaged state while maintaining a large lining area to such an extent that it does not affect torque transmission capacity, heat resistance, and peeling resistance thereby to obtain an excellent effect to reduce a drag torque in a wide range of relative rotation speeds. In a segment friction material 1A as a wet friction material, drag torque reducing grooves 5A are provided only on top surfaces of part of segment pieces 3A among thirty pieces of segment pieces 3, 3A. A series of drag torque reducing grooves 5A extend over five segment pieces 3A along a direction almost at right angles to a straight line connecting a center point 5Aa thereof and a center O of a circumference. The series of drag torque reducing grooves 5A are provided at three places on the circumference. Thereby, discharge of ATF is promoted without reducing a lining area and an oil film is formed on the top surface of the segment piece 3A.
