  • Patent number: 9471178
Abstract: An electronic device includes a touch panel that detects operation point coordinates of touch input by a user and a line-of-sight detection section that calculates the coordinates of a gaze point on the touch panel at which a line of sight of the user is directed in a specific time range from a time point of the touch input on the touch panel by the user. The electronic device further includes a line-of-sight correction area calculation section that calculates a line-of-sight correction area in a specific range from the coordinates of the gaze point on the touch panel. The electronic device also includes an operation coordinate line-of-sight correction section that a) changes the operation point coordinates to the coordinates of the gaze point if the operation point coordinates are within the line-of-sight correction area; and b) does not change the operation point coordinates if the operation point coordinates are not within the line-of-sight correction area.

  • Publication number: 20160295030
Abstract: Provided are an image forming apparatus capable of setting a printing size of a margin by using a preview displayed in an enlarged manner, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. When a pinch-in operation performed with respect to a particular region at a left end in a whole page preview displayed on a display section has been accepted, an MFP displays a left end preview in an enlarged manner to be larger in size than the particular region at the left end in the whole page preview. When a left-to-right swipe operation performed with respect to the displayed left end preview has been accepted, the MFP sets a size specified by the swipe operation as a printing size of a margin of a page as a target of the preview, and displays a whole page preview and a left end preview, both reflecting a margin having the set size.

  • Publication number: 20160253557
Abstract: To provide an approval system associated with an approval workflow that identifies a signature document. A document management server for managing document data is connected with a client terminal (CLT) via an in-house LAN. Also, a seal to be affixed to a paper containing document specification information establishes a communication to the CLT. The seal reads the document specification information and user's fingerprint information and transmits the resulting pieces of information and impression information to the CLT. The document management server receives the document specification information, the fingerprint information and the impression information to confirm a coincidence between the received fingerprint and matching fingerprint and to confirm a coincidence between a set of the received document specification information and the received impression information and a set of matching document specification information and matching impression information, and to notify an approval situation to the CLT.

  • Publication number: 20160062481
Abstract: Provided is an electronic equipment that displays information in response to a variety of display requests of a user. The electronic equipment of the present disclosure is worn on the body. A communication circuit acquires various kinds of information from a various-information database in which the various kinds of information are stored via a network. A display circuit displays the various kinds of information. An imaging circuit images a real space. An object recognition circuit recognizes an object from an image imaged by the imaging circuit. A display request determination circuit determines a display request based on a combination of recognized different objects. Further, the display request determination circuit makes a transmission request for information to the various-information database in response to the display request through the communication circuit.

  • Publication number: 20160062610
Abstract: An information display system includes a word recognition device, a server, and a plurality of terminals. The server includes a first communication circuit, a dictionary, and a first control circuit. The first control circuit transmits the received word and the searched explanation to the plurality of terminals. The plurality of terminals each include a second communication circuit, an operation circuit, a display circuit, a storage circuit, and a second control circuit. When receiving the word and the explanation of the word from the server, the second control circuit causes the display circuit to display the received word and causes the storage circuit to store the received explanation. When accepting a selection of the displayed word via the operation circuit, the second control circuit obtains the explanation corresponding to the selected word from the storage circuit to cause the display circuit to display the obtained explanation.

  • Publication number: 20160012154
Abstract: An information processing system includes an information processing device, a display apparatus, and an operation detecting device. The control circuit allocates (N?1) or more mutually different attributes to respective axes of a (N?1)-dimensional space, generates a graph plotting the plurality pieces of stored data on the (N?1)-dimensional space as respective points corresponding to the plurality pieces of data, classifies the plurality pieces of plotted data into groups using another one attribute other than the (N?1) or more attributes; and processes the plurality of points so as to be identified by the group. The display apparatus displays the graph processed by the control circuit. The operation detecting device detects an action performed by a user. The control circuit moves, rotates, zooms in, and zooms out the graph displayed on the display apparatus depending on the user's action detected by the operation detecting device.
