  • Publication number: 20060162583
Abstract: A liquid pressure transfer printing apparatus in which a work to be applied with transfer printing is urged onto a film for applying liquid pressure transfer printing supplied to the surface of a liquid in a tank for liquid pressure transfer printing to submerge the film into the liquid comprises a pair of gates each having a suction mechanism for sucking residues not transferred to the submerged work but remained on the surface of the liquid in the tank from the inlet side and the exit side of the tank while the work W is submerged in the liquid, thereby capable of preventing the residues of the film remained on the surface of the liquid in the tank not transferred to the surface of the work from depositing to the surface of the work and forming seeds.

  • Publication number: 20060060291
Abstract: A hydraulic decalcomania transferring apparatus having residue discharging mechanism in which a vacuum chamber for sucking residues of a decalcomania transferring film floating on the water surface in a decalcomania transferring tank through a pipe from a sucking port is disposed to the outside of the tank, and the vacuum chamber has a discharge port for discharging the residues and water sucked in the chamber, and a drain valve for opening and closing the discharge port, whereby the residues of the decalcomania transferring film can be discharged rapidly in a short time to the outside of the tank and deposition of the residues to the surface of a work to possibly cause seediness can be prevented reliably.

  • Patent number: 6896399
Abstract: A small-sized and inexpensive coating material feeding apparatus capable of feeding even a coating material comprising less miscible main agent and curing agent as in an aqueous two component mixed coating material, while uniformly mixing them, to a coating machine or a coating material tank under extremely simple control, the apparatus comprising a measuring unit having a measuring cylinder for delivering the coating material ingredients each by an amount in accordance with the mixing ratio individually and simultaneously to the coating material tank, a storage unit having a transfer cylinder for storing the coating material prepared by mixing each of the coating material ingredients previously and then delivering the same to the coating machine or the coating material tank, and a valve unit formed with a switching valve for conducting channel switching, in which the coating material ingredients delivered from the measuring cylinder are pre-mixed in the channel stirring pre-mixer and a coating material deliv

  • Patent number: 6544588
Abstract: A surface decorated article in which a surface is entirely or partially decorated with a coating of a first and second glitter paints each using a flaky glitter material as a pigment, wherein first paint particles at a low viscosity with a relatively high solvent dilution ratio formed by coarsely particulating a glitter paint and second paint particles at a high viscosity with a relatively low solvent dilution ratio formed by coarsely particulating a glitter paint are coated in a state mixed with each other, to form the coating comprising areas in which the first paint particles are dried to solidify and areas in which the second paint particles are dried to solidify are mixed together in a spotwise pattern. The surface of articles can be provided with colors or textures exhibiting unique and high quality feelings.
