  • Patent number: 6629360
Abstract: A continuous riveter is provided, which can make a rivet distance in a blind rivet holder small since an available continuous riveter having a linear guide plate elongated from a rivet supply section could not reduce the rivet distance while avoiding the interference with a vertically movable cylinder. A guide plate (43) elongated from an accommodation case (40) of a rivet supply section C is provided with a bent section (43b) inclined at a predetermined angle &agr; with respect to a linear feed section (43a). An axis of a cylinder (31) is disposed on a shank R1 of a blind rivet held by an upper tab T4 of a blind rivet holder T immediately after the rivet holder T has passed through the linear feed section (43a) and bent.

  • Patent number: 6520655
Abstract: A lighting device is provided. The lighting device has LED lamps and so forth with high directivity as light source. The lighting device of the present invention is capable of lighting more uniformly. Few labor for maintenance and inspection is necessary. Rich durability is provided therewith and it can be manufactured in low cost. The lighting device is constituted in such a way that a light source body such as LED lamp and so forth is disposed at an end portion of a cylindrical light transmitting member whose degree of transparency is transparent or translucent. The constitution causes the light to travel in the axial direction of the light transmitting member. Transparent or translucent island formation body is provided on the inside of internal surface of the light transmitting member. Islands of the island formation body are made to protrude perpendicular to the axial line of the cylindrical light transmitting member.

  • Patent number: 6029814
Abstract: Since a distance of adjacent rivets held by a conventional blind rivet holder was large, a blind rivet holder which is smaller in the rivet distance, and which can accommodate a larger number of rivets in an accommodation case of a continuous riveter is provided. The blind rivet holder is designed to include: upper and lower tabs T4, T5 which are continuously arranged at minute constant intervals with narrow slits T3 formed at upper and lower ends of a perpendicular portion T2 having feeder slots for the blind rivet holder T; through hole s T41 and T51 provided so that a rivet R can be passed through the through hole s obliquely; and an oblique, U-shaped groove T21 provided so as to connect the slit T3 between the adjacent upper tabs T4 to the slits T3 between the adjacent lower tabs T5 and to permit bending from groove as a border.

  • Patent number: 5651169
Abstract: Although the conventional continuous riveting machine was able to use exclusively a special blind rivet having a longer core-stem than that of the standard type, the continuous riveting machine according to the present invention is able to use the standard blind rivet and also able to recover separately torn core rivet stems and a blind rivet-holding belt made of plastic material enabling the supply of blind rivets in series. When a lower piston 600 descends in a jaw cylinder 400, a nose piece 620 integrated in one piece with the lower piston 600 also descends while bending downwardly plastic upper and lower tabs of the blind rivet-holding belt, and holding the blind rivet. Torn-core-stems are absorbed and stored in a torn core rivet stems storing case installed on the upper portion of the jaw cylinder by applying vacuum air absorbing force generated in a vacuum ejector.
