  • Patent number: 11738498
Abstract: A production device for a fuel tank, having two or more built-in components attached to an inside of a fuel tank body when the fuel tank body is formed, includes: jigs configured to have the built-in components placed thereon; and a feed robot, as a feed device, configured to feed the built-in components, along with the jigs having the built-in components placed thereon, to a position below molding dies. The feed device may feed the jig, having the built-in components placed thereon, to the position via a subsurface feed path leading to the position.

  • Patent number: 5616829
Abstract: Provision of an abnormality detection and suppression system for a valve apparatus, which is capable of detecting abnormal states such as leakage through valve seats or a gland/packing assembly and coping with the abnormality while ensuring protection for the valve apparatus by controlling a driving unit for a valve stem on the basis of information as detected, by means of a vibration sensor, a temperature sensor and a strain sensor are disposed internally of a valve stem 4 at a portion thereof which lies outside of a valve casing of the valve apparatus.

  • Patent number: 5097576
Abstract: The known traveling steel pipe cutting machine of a milling type, which cuts a pipe while traveling in synchronism with a pipe manufacturing speed, is improved so as to facilitate the calculation of positional loci and the control of a milling cutter, to increase a rigidity of the machine and a life of the cutter, and to also make it possible to cut even a pipe having an asymmetric cross-sectional shape under the same set of operating conditions. A plurality of cutter heads each include a milling cutter, and are each supported and linearly fed in biaxial directions by respective guides and feed drive motors. A clamping device is positioned in the proximity of the milling cutters for holding and fixing the pipe. The cutter heads and the clamping device are disposed on a traveling truck.
