    Abstract: There is provided an information processing apparatus. A reception unit receives user identification information for identifying a user of the information processing apparatus which outputs display information to a display device which displays the display information, and the display information which is output to the display device. A transmission unit, in a case where it is authorized that the user is permitted to use the information processing apparatus based on an authorized result of the user identification information received by the reception unit, transmits the user identification information and the display information to the display device when it is unclear whether or not the user is authorized to output the display information received by the reception unit to the display device and a predetermined condition about the user for outputting the display information to the display device is satisfied.
