  • Patent number: 9932060
Abstract: A heater unit includes a pair of substrates formed from a polymeric foam and a cord-shaped heater sandwiched between the pair of substrates. The thickness of a region of each of the substrates at which the cord-shaped heater is disposed is thinned relative to other regions of the substrates in such a manner as to be shaped to the cord-shaped heater and thus the heater unit forms a flat shape. In the heater unit, the substrates are bonded together by an adhesive layer that is composed only from a pressure-sensitive adhesive.

  • Patent number: 4967178
Abstract: An apparatus in which the posture of a seat for vehicles is controlled in accordance with the output from a mode selecting circuit in response to the operation of a manually operated switch composed of a mode select switch and increasing/decreasing switches, and the posture controlling direction is announced by means of displaying means. By contrast, in the second embodiment as illustrated in FIG. 2, the input to the LCD controlling circuit 260 and to the voice synthesizer 210' is dependent only upon the control mode selected by the switch 13. Thus, only the selected control mode is displayed in the audio and visual ways. Of course, the invention includes all such variations and modifications of combinations of the features disclosed for both embodiments. Such announcement is made visually and audiometrically. The mode selecting circuit supplies a signal representing the posture controlling direction to an announcing device by operation of the increasing/decreasing switches.
