  • Patent number: 9182875
Abstract: An information processing terminal has a plurality of displays, each displaying an application screen, and control means which determines a display on which a new application is to be activated from the plurality of displays. If an application being executed competes with a first non-dependent condition that does not depend on a display requested by a new application, the control means ends the application being executed and determines a display on which the new application is to be activated by using a first dependent condition that depends on the display requested by the new application or a second non-dependent condition that does not depend on the display requested by the new application.

  • Publication number: 20140344342
Abstract: In order that the application in the client terminal can be used continuously without being suspended temporarily, an information processing apparatus includes first processing means and a second processing section. That is, the information processing apparatus communicates via a network with a server including a first processing section of second processing means which including the first and the second processing section. The first processing means switches processing means which executes an application to either of the first or the second processing means. The second processing section executes a processing received from the first processing section, in case that the processing means is switched from the first processing means to the first processing section.

  • Patent number: 8872728
Abstract: A terminal device is provided that includes screens and solves a problem in that power is consumed more than necessary. When a prescribed operation is performed on operation section 104, controller 105 causes LCD controller 103 to illuminate at least one of LCDs 101 and 102 at a first brightness levels. Subsequently, a selection operation of selecting any one of LCDs 101 and 102 is performed on operation section 104. When the selected LCD is illuminated at the first brightness levels, controller 105 causes LCD controller 103 to illuminate the LCD selected by the selection operation at a second brightness levels higher than the first brightness levels.

  • Publication number: 20110066681
Abstract: It is possible to automatically execute an offline Web application without requiring installation of software. A mobile terminal includes: a client program, a server program execution environment and a local proxy server. An application server has a server program. The local proxy server of the mobile terminal acquires a server program from the application server in accordance with an HTTP request from the client program and installs the program in the server program execution environment. When the installation is complete, synchronization with the server program of the application server side is executed. The local proxy server divides the HTTP request from the client program to a server program on the mobile terminal and a server program on the application server.
