    Abstract: A processing system and a charged particle beam apparatus for the purpose of determining the degree of growth or the presence or absence of a defect in an epitaxial layer grown in a groove or a hole such as between inner spacers from an image of the groove or the hole are proposed. In a processing system including a computer system, the computer system calculates a distance and a brightness value related to a layer between a plurality of structures from a signal profile in accordance with one direction on a two-dimensional plane related to the layer, which is obtained by irradiating the layer with an electron beam, and determines or outputs a state of the layer based on the distance and the brightness value.

    Abstract: A paint circulation system includes: a main line; a branch line; a supply pump; and a pressurization device for storing pressure of the paint in a high-pressure state in which the pressure of the paint is higher than a predetermined pressure, and for applying pressure to the paint inside of the branch line in a low-pressure state in which the pressure of the paint is lower than the predetermined pressure, in which sedimentation of the paint is prevented by driving the supply pump so that the high-pressure state and the low-pressure state occur, to cause flow sending the paint inside of the branch line from a side of the painting device to a side of the main line using a pressure difference between the predetermined pressure in the low-pressure state and the pressure of the paint.

    Abstract: In a device for electronically transforming displacement of automobile accelerator lever, an accelerator pedal and a return member are provided, the latter of which returns the accelerator lever back to an original position. A detector device is provided to detect a displacement of the accelerator lever to generate an electrical signal. The detector device has a magnetic plunger which mechanically moves in association with the accelerator lever, and further has primary and secondary coils to surround the magnetic plunger so that the magnetic plunger mechanically moves therethrough. The primary coil is energized to detect an electromotive force produced from the secondary coil. A housing encloses the plunger, and the primary and secondary coils. An engagement piece is fixed to the accelerator lever to actuate a switch which detects whether or not the accelerator pedal is stepped.
