Abstract: A display information verification method, when display data of financial data is generated from the financial data and scripts for the financial data, includes: searching the scripts for an arithmetic instruction to process a numeric value in the financial data or a conversion instruction to convert a character string included in the financial data; and judging whether or not the arithmetic instruction or the conversion instruction detected in the searching is an instruction considered to manipulate the financial data. Thus, it is possible to detect the instruction considered to manipulate data from the scripts, and to avoid display including the manipulation of the data. In addition, for example, by using information of the instruction, which is stored inside in advance and is allowed to be used, it is possible to detect only the arithmetic instruction or the conversion instruction, which is not allowed to be used.

Abstract: A category name stored in a bookmark of a Web browser and a related keyword relating to the category name and set by a user are stored in a category database. A URL, the contents text of a Web page of the URL, and the related keyword assigned by the user are stored in URL information data. When the user performs a bookmark tracing operation, a category is selected from among the category names of the category database. Using the related keyword corresponding to the category, the contents text of the URL information database, the related keyword, or both of them are retrieved, and the URL corresponding to a hit object is presented to the user.

Abstract: A document structure-editing program which is capable of automatically generating difference information indicative of the differences between an old schema and a new schema. Document structure-defining information is edited by a document structure-editing device in response to an operating input. At this time, a record of an edit history indicating details of editing of the document structure-defining information is recorded on a storage device by an edit history-recording device, whenever the operating input is performed. Difference information indicative of the differences between the document structure-defining information before an edit and the same after the edit is generated by a difference information-generating device, based on the edit history recorded by the edit history-recording device.

Abstract: Document display program and method which permit link information in a document to be visually distinguished with ease. When a document is input, link information including location information of a linked document and description content indicative of the presence of a link is extracted from the input document (Step S1). Then, an object corresponding to the extracted link information is generated (Step S2), and the document is displayed together with the generated object in such a display form as to include the description content included in the corresponding link information (Step S3). On selection of the object by an input operation, the linked document is acquired in accordance with the location information included in the link information corresponding to the selected object (Step S4).
