    Abstract: A heat exchanger has partitioning means for dividing a header tank such that a first space and a second space of a tank main body are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the header tank. An annular outer peripheral seal surface is provided around a tube bonding surface of a core plate of the header tank over an entire perimeter thereof and is provided with a gasket. A partitioning seal surface is provided to the tube bonding surface at a position corresponding to the partitioning means, and is provided with the gasket. The gasket seals between the core plate and the partitioning means. The partitioning seal surface is positioned on a plane identical with a plane of the outer peripheral seal surface. A part of the gasket, which is held by the core plate and the tank main body therebetween, has a uniform thickness.

A control unit controls the speed at which the injection cylinder moves and is connected to a rod of the injection cylinder. The control unit includes a rotary shaft that follows the movement of the rod and is capable of moving in the same direction as the rod, a conversion mechanism that converts the linear motion of the rod into the rotation of the rotary shaft, and a rotation member coupled to the rotary shaft. The control unit further includes a resistance generating member that generates a frictional resistance by coming into sliding contact with the rotation member, an actuating member that is moved by an electric drive source, and a movement mechanism that follows the movement of the actuating member and moves the resistance generating member relative to the rotation member.

    Abstract: A thermal conductive mechanism for a battery pack made up of a stack of a plurality of sub-battery modules each of which includes a plurality of battery cells arrayed thereon. The sub-battery modules each has opposed major surfaces and are laid to overlap each other in a direction perpendicular to the major surfaces. The thermal conductive mechanism is equipped with plates provided one for each of the sub-battery modules. Each of the plates has a given number of the battery cells disposed thereon and also has heat transfer surfaces extending in a planar direction of the plate. The heat transfer surfaces are placed in one of direct and indirect contact with the given number of the battery cells to achieve transfer of heat therebetween, thereby equalizing the temperature in each of the battery cells and also minimizing a difference in temperature among the battery cells.

An annealing line of equipment for hot-dip galvanization is composed of a non-oxidizing zone, an oxidizing zone, and a reducing zone, in his order. A steel sheet containing elements liable to oxidize more easily than iron is oxidized by blowing flames onto it in the oxidizing zone according to the oxidization/reduction method. Further, the steel sheet is reduced and annealed in the reducing zone.
