    Abstract: A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a conveying path, a discharge port, a stacking portion, a manual setting portion, a binding device which binds a sheet bundle formed by the stacking portion and a sheet bundle set at the manual setting portion by a staple, a first regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle at a rear side of the apparatus in a width direction, and a second regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle in the conveying direction. The binding device is formed to be movable back and forth to a front side and the rear side of the apparatus. When a staple is replenished to the binding device, the binding device is positioned at the third position so that a cartridge of the staple is loaded into the binding device from the front side of the apparatus.

An upper slewing body includes a slewing frame, an engine deck, a cab deck, a tank deck, and a vibration transmission regulating unit. The tank deck is arranged on the more laterally outer side than the slewing frame and is fixed to the slewing frame. The tank deck is arranged forward of the engine deck and is arranged rearward of the cab deck. The vibration transmission regulating unit is provided between the engine deck and the tank deck to regulate direct transmission of vibration from the engine deck to the tank deck, the vibration occurring as the engine operates.

When viewed along an up-and-down direction, a connection portion of the front plate to be connected to the second side plate is opposed to, in the lateral direction via the second side plate, a connection portion of the deck supporting member to be connected to the second side plate.
