Abstract: A content reuse type system configuration supporting system is provided which can configure a business system realizing customer business requirements by accumulating legacy work system configuration examples, inter-system link processing methods, and specification information on legacy customer work systems. An order reception system, i.e., a development side, stores work system specifications presently used by an order system, i.e., a customer side, past system configuration examples, and inter-system link methods. When a new customer business system is to be configured, a target system selection apparatus searches work systems and a link method for the work systems satisfying a requested specification, i.e., work requirements, of the order system, to thereby configure the business system.

Abstract: The man-months definition table 106 defines man-months for each combination of a function, data, and an infrastructure for both As_Is and To_Be of EA. The content retrieval patterns database 109 sets a development example for each combination of the function, data and the infrastructure. The EA result analysis unit 113 creates a retrieval pattern used for retrieving man-months from EA planning results of the EA planning results database 108, and the man-months calculation unit 114 searches the man-months definition table 106 to calculate development man-months. The example retrieval unit 115 creates a retrieval pattern used for retrieving content and searches the content retrieval patterns database 109 for a suitable development example.

Abstract: In order to provide a user with a combined user interface formed by merging user interfaces of applications provided by a plurality of independent servers, a device for providing a combined user interface, on receiving a request to generate a combined page from a WWW browser, starts a combined page generating object, and obtains pages as sources of a combined page from WWW servers according to information about request data allocation definition and information about data extraction definition, analyzes obtained pages, extracts data necessary to generate a combined page, generates a combined page according to information about combined page definition by using the extracted data, transmits a combined page generated to the WWW browser, and displays the page on the display.
