  • Patent number: 8277924
Abstract: The present invention relates to a panel-shaped molded product having a laminated structure which is produced from a resin and used for side doors, back doors, hoods, roofs, etc., and exhibits a more excellent finishing accuracy without occurrence of bleed-out along an inner periphery of a frame part and fine distortions on a design part.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 7, 2007
Date of Patent: October 2, 2012
    Assignee: Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics Corporation
Inventors: Hiroyuki Imaizumi, Masayuki Akada, Ken Shimomai, Yoshihiro Kayano
  • Patent number: 7968632
Abstract: There is provided an antistatic polycarbonate resin composition and molded product formed by melt-molding the said resin composition, which resin composition has totally well balanced excellent properties including heat resistance, in which yellow- or brown-coloring can be prevented even though under melt-kneading step, molding step and such a circumstance that it is used at high temperature for long times, and the fluidity is improved without notably deterioration of mechanical strengths and transparency. A polycarbonate resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin, 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight of phosphonium sulfonate (A) represented by the following chemical formula (1), 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of aromatic polycarbonate resin oligomer (B) and 0.01 to 8 parts by weight of caprolactone-based polymer (C); and a molded product produced by melt-molding the said polycarbonate resin.
