  • Patent number: 10614265
Abstract: An apparatus for correcting a character string in a text of an embodiment includes a first converter, a first output unit, a second converter, an estimation unit, and a second output unit. The first converter recognizes a first speech of a first speaker, and converts the first speech to a first text. The first output unit outputs a first caption image indicating the first text. The second converter recognizes a second speech of a second speaker for correcting a character string to be corrected in the first text, and converts the second speech to a second text. The estimation unit estimates the character string to be corrected, based on text matching between the first text and the second text. The second output unit outputs a second caption image indicating that the character string to be corrected is to be replaced with the second text.

  • Patent number: 10540987
Abstract: A summary generating device includes a featural script extracting unit, a segment candidate generating unit, and a structuring estimating unit. The featural script extracting unit extracts featural script information of the words included in text information. Based on the extracted feature script information, the segment candidate generating unit generates candidates of segments that represent the constitutional units for the display purpose. Based on the generated candidates of segments and based on an estimation model for structuring, the structuring estimating unit estimates structure information containing information ranging from information of a comprehensive structure level to information of a local structure level.

  • Patent number: 10276150
Abstract: A correction system of the embodiment includes an interface system, a calculator, a generator, and a display controller. The interface system receives correction information for correcting a voice recognition result. The calculator estimates a part of the voice recognition result to be corrected and calculates a degree of association between the part to be corrected and the correction information. The generator generates corrected display information comprising at least one of the correction information and the part to be corrected using a display format corresponding to the degree of association. The display controller outputs the corrected display information on a display.

  • Publication number: 20160274894
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an update support apparatus includes a first storage, a second storage, an extractor and a presenter. The first storage stores an identifier, word information, and an update history which are associated with each other. The second storage stores dictionary entries in each of which the identifier and the update history are associated with each other for each version of one or more dictionaries which use the word information. The extractor extracts one or more update candidates from the second storage, the one or more update candidates each being a dictionary entry having the identifier stored in the first storage and an update history different from the update history stored in the first storage. The presenter presents the one or more update candidates to a user.

  • Publication number: 20160086126
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an information processing apparatus a storage, a first extractor, a second extractor and a determiner. The storage stores worker information including an explanation that includes a keyword and that concerns a skill of a worker. The first extractor extracts, based on the keyword, worker skill word representing a characteristic of the skill of the worker, and worker skill value corresponding to the worker skill word. The second extractor extracts, based on the keyword included in a task summary, task skill word representing a characteristic of a task, and required skill value necessary for a process. The determiner determines, as a task candidate, a task indicating that task skill word matches the worker skill word and indicating that required skill value is no more than the worker skill value.

  • Publication number: 20140365278
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a storage and a controller. The storage stores a plurality of tasks for which first threshold values are respectively assigned. The controller communicates with the storage, the controller being programmed to select a first task group from the plurality of tasks, provide a first task from the first task group, calculate a first score based on an operation result of the first task, and determine whether or not to provide a second task from the first group tasks based on a comparison between the first score and the first threshold value for the second task.

  • Publication number: 20140046735
Abstract: According to an embodiment, an evaluation value calculation device includes a receiving unit, a first calculator, and a second calculator. The receiving unit is configured to receive, with respect to a task of a worker to input information, a task result indicating the information input by the worker. The first calculator is configured to calculate, in response to receiving the task result, first information including any of an average evaluation value indicating an average value per unit time of an evaluation value given to the worker as compensation for the task, average work time indicating an average value of time necessary to perform one task, and probability information indicating a probability of the task being performed correctly. The second calculator is configured to calculate, using the first information, the evaluation value for the task that is to be performed next by the worker.
