  • Patent number: 9518503
Abstract: A cooling water control valve apparatus capable of independently controlling flow rates of cooling water in two lines with a single apparatus for cooling water control and capable of achieving cost reduction. A cooling water control valve apparatus which adjusts a flow rate of cooling water for cooling an object to be cooled includes two inlet ports through which cooling water is introduced, an electrical control valve which is arranged at a first passage communicated with one of the inlet ports and which adjusts a flow rate of cooling water flowing through the first passage with electronic control, and a thermosensitive valve which is arranged at a second passage communicated with the other of inlet ports and which adjusts a flow rate of cooing water flowing through the second passage owing to displacement of a temperature detecting medium with temperature.

  • Patent number: 9429064
Abstract: A coolant control valve apparatus 10 includes a main valve 11 which adjusts a flow rate of a coolant in a main channel 4 to control the flow rate of the coolant in the main channel 4. Further, the coolant control valve apparatus 10 includes a detour channel 67 provided being diverged from the main channel 4 so as to detour the main valve 11. The coolant control valve apparatus 10 includes a valve main body 41 which opens and closes the detour channel 67 and a temperature detection medium 42 which can open and close the valve main body 41 according to a temperature of the coolant. The temperature detection medium 42 is disposed in the diverging part between the detour channel 67 and the bypass channel 5.

  • Publication number: 20080060618
Abstract: A vapor separator tank for which the separate connection to a canister is not necessary. The inside of a chassis, made of resin, of the vapor separator tank is divided by a wall into a fuel accumulating chamber and a canister chamber. A communication passage is integrally provided on the upper lid of the chassis, and the communication passage communicates the fuel accumulating chamber with the canister chamber. A check valve is provided in the communication passage at the portion thereof connecting to the fuel accumulating chamber. Fuel is supplied from a fuel tank to the fuel accumulating chamber, and when the pressure of evaporated gas in the fuel accumulating chamber reaches a prescribed value, the check valve opens, and the evaporated gas is ejected to the canister chamber. A first outlet connected to an intake pipe of an engine is provided on the uppermost surface of the canister chamber.

  • Publication number: 20070051341
Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel supply system which can supply fuel accurately in accordance with driving conditions, while achieving cost reduction by adopting an inexpensive pump without a fuel return passage for returning surplus fuel. A positive displacement pump which intakes and discharges a specific volume of fluid is adopted as the fuel pump 40, and discharges the amount of fuel needed for the injector 30 to inject. The fuel pump 40 is located outside the vapor separator 20. The discharged fuel from the fuel pump 40 is supplied to the injector 30 through the returnless pressure regulator 50. With this structure, the temperature rising of the fuel in the vapor separator 20 due to disposing the high pressure fuel pump and the pressure regulator within the vapor separator 20 can be prevented, and the connecting passage for connecting the pressure regulator and the vapor separator can be eliminated.
